Family owned the business. They are extremely nice to their customer and anytime when you have a question they will have an answer for you. When I called one day, they are so busy with other customer but the owner Randy came over, did all the job by himself and we are so grateful for their service.

Garth came to do an annual maintenance inspection. He was pleasant & quite knowledgeable. He answered questions about a WiFi thermostat we had. The inspection was thorough & done in a timely manner.

They did a great job. They came out quickly and addressed our HVAC issues. I highly recommend them!

D&W installed our Trane system 6 years ago. They have been terrific about regular maintenance issues and very responsive regarding any mechanical failures. Convinced us to buy extended service with Trane and we are glad we did-covered any issues we had including labor. Would use D&W again in a minute.

Outstanding service!!! We had 2 estimates for some big repairs. D&W discovered no need for items listed by the 1st company’s estimate. D&W saved us an appreciable amount of money. Very ethical and customer oriented. We now use them for annual service.

D&W came back out to install a new mother board on our HVAC system and conduct annual maintenance. The tech took his time, made sure the thermostat was programmed properly and tested all systems ensuring all were working properly before leaving our house. The process took much longer than expected and I anticipated a Hefty bill. To my surprise I simply paid for the annual maintenance which was under $80! D&W stands by their products and their word is solid. We could not be happier with D&W. They are professional from top to bottom. Thanks Again!

We bought from D and H based on the sales rep. Joel fixed a problem that we have had for 21 years and multiple HVAC tech reps couldnt. He sealed our HVAC closet and opened the air flow. We were pulling dust out of the space between the floor above us. It seems simple now but he figured it out. Our dust problem is solved. This is an old building so we may have been breathing who knows what.
Dallas, the president came and helped with the install. Over all we are happy and hope that the after sale service is equally as good.

Garth was extremely helpful. He was a few minutes early and waited for me to arrive at the scheduled time. He explained everything and gave me options. He wasn't looking for a quick sale. I felt like it was more relationship building with him and Theresa, the owner who scheduled the appointment.

Joel was awesome! He represented the Co very well. Friendly, quick, efficient, personable, and professional. Found the problem very quickly and resolved it just as quick. Wonderfully cool AC once again! Yay! Happy Customer!

I called them because they were a dealer for a product that I have installed with my AC system. The EasyStart™ Flex Home AC Soft Starter. I saw that the light that is normal on was not and that my AC compressor was not turning on with the rest of the ac system. I had a great experience with D & W Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent Garth right over to take a look. They texted me when the tech was coming and Garth even arrived early and was very friendly, and had the problem solved within the 1st ten minutes. It was his day off and he couldn't have been nicer. If you ever want to set your home up to run on a generator if we have storms you will need the EasyStart™ Flex Home AC Soft Starter as part of the system to let you run your ac from a gas powered generator. This company is the dealer for this add-on device to make it possible to do this.

The D&W crew arrived on time at 8:30 AM Friday. They replaced our Heat Pump (condenser) outside and Air Handler inside the garage. We went with a single stage 5 ton Trane -5 SEER2 rating. The team of 3 worked very efficiently and very clean. I selected D&W due to the fact they are certified by Trane. Installation is as important as the system you buy. The difference between contractors was obvious. They did a great job and the owner Randy was on site quit a while. I highly recommend D&W !!! Great job to the team on site and on the office.Than you!!

Abi made a great first impression! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I would like to have him for all of our HVAC calls!

I am tempted to leave off a star because the install was messed up, but Arctic Air scheduled a follow up visit at the same time as the installation, and I can't say enough good things about Henry David who did the follow up. He not only discovered the error from the installation, but personally repaired it at no extra charge. And he kept us informed about what was going on the entire time.

My service tech Payton was amazing. Very thorough, kind, and patient while seeing up my new thermostat. He did a great job!

Frank was terrific! Great service. Very polite. You are lucky to have him on your team!
