This is a great outfit to work with. Our hvac system acted up and Joel and his colleague were out to address it within a couple of hours. The issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Just a super responsive group. We highly recommend.

As always, everything is done on time, with friendly, polite and thorough. They knowledgeable and always make sure you know what’s going on. The last technician was great. And i absolutely love Teresa. She’s kind, a great listener and always takes care of any issues you might have. Never would go to anyone else.

Came at the assigned time, Keith O was knowledgeable and got right to work then he explained what & why he was doing something then showed my wife and I how to run & program the system. Great service. We switched from the company who installed our system to D & W . After repeated equipment , personnel and upsell problems with the previous company I called D & W and have been happy ever since. Good quality work and personal .

Great experience! From Joel who came over and did the inspection to Doug who worked with me as we changed components to meet my requirements! The installation crew was prompt, methodical and did an excellent job including cleaning up. I highly recommended D&W for your AC needs!

Use them for my other condo asked for a service and maintenance. 15 mins and $300 to clear a line. What a scam. Glad I cancelled maintenance package we paid for years

D & W went above and beyond to help us with replacing our air ducts. They worked with us on timing and installation. From start to finish the job was done properly and with care. The installers were pleasant and knowlegable and made sure to go over everything when they were done. This job was not an easy one! Thank you Doug and your crew for making our home cool again!

I’ve had 2 new A/Cs installed at two different properties in the Sarasota/Bradenton area in the last 2 years. I do not live in the area, so maintenance can be a challenge. The folks at D&W are amazing! They have been responsive and easy to work with for scheduling. Randy Whiting, the owner is especially kind, helpful and very involved. D&W has performed annual maintenance for me and worked with me on scheduling to fit my calendar. The technicians are always courteous and professional. Their work is competent IMO. They are prompt on their maintenance calls and don’t leave a mess. Billing and payment are on the spot. Their prices are reasonable for the service they provide. I highly recommend these folks for any a/c needs.

Did a good inspection and flushed drain line, but I had assumed that cleaning the condenser coil was included ( other maintenance vendors do this).
