A+, new install of a tankless hot water heater replacing a complex mess of a system. Cory was fantastic. Office management was perfect. Great team effort by all techs involved. I forgot the name of the support tech Cory used but he was great too!

Will with Arctic Air was kind, professional, and did a wonderful job repairing our filter dryer line! He called us ab 30 mins prior to his arrival and arrived exactly when he said he would. We were expecting the repair to take a good bit of time, but Will worked quickly and had our AC back and running within no time! Thank you Will! We appreciate your hard work this morning! 🫶🏼

Brian Swiger just spent some time going over various concerns we were having with our HVAC. He was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and friendly throughout his visit. Absolutely the highest praise for Brian.

Peyton quickly diagnosed the issue with our heat pump (defective sensor) and ordered the necessary part under warranty. He also bypassed the sensor so the heat pump would work until it could be replaced (in the next few days). Very friendly and communicative service!

UPDATE: Peyton returned with the new sensor and installed it very quickly. Super friendly guy as well! Will ask for him when it's time for our annual service.

ALEX was so courteous and ask me questions to make sure I understood the twice annual maintenance visit. He also took the time to clean my filters which no one else had done before.
I am very happy with Artic Air but especially Alex the technician did a great job.

Brandon and Arctic Air overall has done a phenomenal job for our HVAC and keeping it working optimally in the Florida temps and humidity. He explains things in a way that is easily understood, the prices are completely transparent and fair, and I have never had a bad experience. Just highly recommend them overall.

Another thorough and detailed maintenance visit. MJ was excellent. Signed with Spectrum Air, which was recently acquired by Arctic Air. So far, so good. Arctic Air is acquiring some fantastic techs. Consider rewarding the individual techs with these positive posts-they are the important customer link and a small reward is an excellent business practice.

This is the second time using their services for separate needs. If your wanting for reliable people to come to your home when promised to fix/replace your HVAC system with quality workmanship, look no further. From start to finish everyone at Arctic Air has exceeded my expectations.

The service technician did an extremely thorough maintenance inspection of my HVAC system. The technician found that my HVAC was missing the heating coils for emergency heat. This allowed me to contact my builder, which I have contacted to get the heating coils installed. I had a another company doing my maintenance for 2 years. And they never once reported to me that the heating coils were missing. Which is another reason I am so happy I switched to Arctic Air. Additionally, the technician, Daniel, was informative and deeply knowledgeable. The writeup I received from the maintenance inspection was detailed and included several pictures of the maintenance inspection. I was quite impressed. And greatly appreciated Daniel sharing his knowledge and recommendations.

I am very happy with the work that Frank Hight did for us. The job was a challenging one, and his professionalism and dedication to the project is greatly appreciated. Frank is an excellent Representative for your company, and a very hard worker. Be sure to give him an attaboy because he sure deserves it. Thank you for helping us with this project, and I will not hesitate to call for further needs. The work included removing and replacing the shower pan and two toilet installations. Thank you again to Frank and his commitment to the job.

Brandon was my scheduled technician today for my AC maintenance. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would love to have him back. Though, I am skeptical of Arctic Air, it seems they are trying to sell me on something every time they visit. I understand we have unique issues in Florida that require additional maintenance, though it feels like we're being taken advantage of. It was recommended I purchase an carbon uv air treatment system for $$$$ for biological growth. I'm not convinced there aren't other alternatives out there.

The guys showed up early and went to work. The team is knowledgeable, let me hang around. They were personable and worked hard. The clean up was meticulous (really), and a completely positive experience. Well done.

Had an issue with our heater system and Arctic Air had somebody out to my house in a few hours… very easy and fast to get help from them. Ryan, the technician, was prompt, very friendly, very knowledgeable and quickly determined the problem. He carefully explained what was not working and what the repair would cost. He was clean and neat and wore shoe covers in my home. I am 100% satisfied with Ryan, Arctic Air and all my experiences with their service people. Very professional and well run company.

Harry was the best!! We were facing a total system change and Harry quickly gained our confidence by being honest and transparent about our options. Couldn't ask for a better technician. Ultimately we decided on the replacement and worked out pricing with Daniel, who was equally reassuring. He was honest about our costing and left us feeling we received the best price possible.

A few days later and still had some issues
Team continued to communicate regurally and sent out Brian, the supervisor. He was quick to diagnose the issue and although not fully resolved , due to parts, he came ip.with a great temp solution.

Although I wish there were no issues, I understand and appreciate the communication and willingness to make it right.

Emmett was incredible.Extremely skilled, Kind and hardworking. He and no other took our input and did a thorough maintenance service and was thoughtful to regularly share what he discovered. Show not tell. We discovered mold beginning to form in our HVAC system. 4 hours later its all cleaned up like new with a triple filtration system to keep the most important system in our home healthy so we can keep being health. A tremendous job without a single sigh, just professional and friendly despite the long day of work. We are very happy with the services provided.
