Cole from Arctic Air made two trips on the same day beyond coming out originally to get the right part to repair a problem he discovered during a routing maintenance check. If he hadn't, we could have been down for up to a week - which would not have made my wife very happy in SW Florida! He found a crack in the drain pan, replaced the pan, and then improved drainage piping.

Salesman Troy is a very knowledgeable guy. Overall, I am disappointed with install and quality of Trane product. Both outside units were scratched up in many ways (not sure when/how). Techs did a nice job but should’ve taken more precaution inside home with more floor covering and protective footwear as we had some minor floor damage on unprotected floors. Outside units seem to be overly noisy (worse than 10 year old original units) and concerns brought to attention of installer and waiting on response. Paid in full and still haven’t received a paid receipt or extended warranty info that I paid for. Overall, disappointed with what I have paid for at the moment as I was expecting a better experience.

Update: Casey, Service Manager, stepped up in a big way to make things right. I trust him to complete some open items. Overall the units are performing well. Adjusting this s review to 4 star.

This is a GREAT company. Family owned & operated. They are always responsive, unbelievably so, to any ac problems. I've used 2 other reputable a/c companies in the past. Would never use anyone else now. Trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, caring. In this day & age you can't ask for more

Our unit was due for a service check today and our service tech, Sean, informed us of mold in our ducts. While no one wants to hear that, we were most grateful, as he thoroughly explained and was able to address and resolve the issue today. We got a pretty costly air purifier, but air quality is of the utmost importance. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and friendly to boot. I appreciate the job he did and I highly recommend him and Tropic Air.

Staff is always courteous and efficient. Service is preformed quickly. work was done through maintenance contract.

Fernando was great as usual. Hope to get him every time. He even secured some insulation inside the cover, which was much appreciated

Our A/C was shot. Tech was out the next morning. Arrangements made and new A/C unit installed the very next day! Done efficiently and professionally! Tropic Air followed up a couple times, to make sure we were satisfied,! Very happy with their service!

First time using Tropic and were very pleased that my warranty was in effect and Joey was friendly, knowledgable and had the guilty capacitor replaced quickly. Thanks everyone at Tropic for getting our AC back in working order.

Joe and his team were excellent when it came time to change out my elderly father's a/c unit. They were the most reasonably priced and were able to get the job done within a week. They were respectful and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Tropic Air for any and all of your a/c needs.

Their team does an amazing job. Fast and their communication was great. I had a humidity issue that I started to notice in my house. So I spoke to them and their technician came out and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. I was wanting to replace all of my duct work as well due to it being older and they gave me a quote that day and and within a few days the team came out and removed and installed a completely new duct system in a very timely manner. Great job and great team work.. I highly recommend Tropic Air Conditioning.

When I realized it was 85° in my house. I called tropic air and Joey, Their technician was here within half an hour. He fixed the problem and now it's cooling off, awesome response. Great company. would recommend.

Joe came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate. They beat the estimate that I got previous along with my veterans and 55 and older discount. Joe and his guys came out a week later to put my 2 Ton air conditioner in and did a phenomenal job upstairs and downstairs in my townhome. Done in about 5 hrs!!
Now I'm good for another 10 yrs,, and a piece of mind to boot ! 👍🏻

Excellent staff and customer service. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and reasonable. They are thorough and explained the entire process when installing our new unit. In particular Joe,Mike,and Bryce are especially detail oriented and a pleasure to do business with. On Aug. 27,2025 I called for service after hours. I received a prompt call back from the service technician Joey. I explained the issue with the central air conditioning and the extenuating circumstances. I was at work and my elderly Mother and her aide were at my home without air conditioning.Joey was very understanding and assured me he will arrive at my home shortly.Joey was true to his word and expedited the service call and again assured me that he can diagnose and fix the issue. Upon completion of fixing the issue, a clogged drain line Joey contacted me and as promised resolved the issue. Joey is truly an asset to your business and went above and beyond to help resolve the issue.
