Reliance Air Services was recommended to me as being honest and reliable. The tecnicians worked diligently and were very courteous. They even made improvements to a system that had been in place for 3 years. Becasue of my experience I would recommend them and of course shold the need arise call on them. Thank you.

Reliance Air is an Excellent Company. They have very Competitive Prices, and Outstanding Customer Service. When my parents had an emergency (air went out during heatwave), they immediately sent someone out and took care of the situation. They have always treated my parents & me with much respect and patience. They are always Professional, while being friendly and attentive.

Jay arrived on time ready to work. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning of both air conditioning units indoor and outdoor. I could not be more pleased with Jay’s work! He was courteous and informative and does an excellent job. I will request him next appointment. Ge’s a great addition to the Reliance team !

This company is amazing! I saw his ad on Facebook and he was true to his word. No charge for diagnostic. He got my AC up and running. Did I mention he came out the day before a major hurricane?! What an amazing company! Thank you!!

Technician, Zach, was on time and professional. He was courteous about my home; wearing foot coverings on his shoes. He was thorough and discussed what he was doing. I didn’t anticipate any issues as it is new construction (only about 4 months old). But I wanted to start a maintenance schedule and this company was highly rated. I’m pleased so far.

Another great experience with Xavier and his team on a service call. His team had issues getting correct parts from supplier and dealt with back ordered items. Still managed to get us up and running temporarily until parts arrive. Thank you and Nice work!

Eber, Omar and Jose were very efficient, thorough and informative on how to maintain my system. They were very professional and kind. They responded to an emergency call on a rainy Sunday morning. Great family owned business. They installed our compressor in the pouring rain 2 days later. And they did it with a smile. I highly recommend Reliance.

My second maintenance was good, Zach came in the scheduled time and he controlled status of my AC. Professional, good quality and responsive service.

My last maintenance service was good, very professional. After this hurricane season was scheduled at the time. Everything works great.

Jay was a very nice person and has been here for hours but I am still without AC for the 4th day/night. He says I need a new wire running from the thermostat to the condenser. Having lived in FL since 1980 I have never heard of anything like this. I am hot and I am disappointed.

I have been without AC since the hurricane hit. There was no way I could stay in my home to make repairs Then I saw Xavier with Reliance Air on facebook. The ad said minor repairs are free. He was punctual, very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem. After repairs he said thanks, no charge. I strongly recommend Xavier if you have any AC needs. I will never use anyone else should the need arise

Service by Reliance Air was top notch! They were very prompt in responding to my request and arrived in a timely manner. Tech was able to resolve issue to my satisfaction. Really a great company! Xavier was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to help me with my ac unit! He was very knowledgeable of his craft and made sure I understood everything what was going on. He was able to set me up with multiple quotes! This company does service at high quality!

I am very pleased with Reliance Air Services. Jay their tech was very knowledgeable and professional performing their 6 month service. Their service policy is affordable and covers many items. I am planning on having them install a wifi smart thermostat.

I had Everardo and Omar. Both these guys were so polite and professional. I am blown away by their willingness to help. They got to work right away and resolved the issue quickly. They explained what they did and were very patient with my questions. If I could rate 6/5 stars I would instantly. These guys have made my initial dread of calling to get my AC serviced disappear instantly.

I don’t know how this company gets good reviews. Based on the google reviews I had them out to do a maintenance check on both my ac units. About 10 days later the main ac went down on a Sunday. I had already paid for their yearly maintenance. I called and no one answered so I left a message. I never received a call back. I ended up calling another company and they replaced both my units in the next two days. They showed me all the problems with both units, and there were many. Nothing that the Reliance tech picked up on. I then decided to call Reliance again and complain and asked for a partial refund. They said they would have someone call me. They never did. I’m still waiting. I don’t believe they ever will call. At the very least if you want a company that will respond on a weekend then choose someone else.

Jay was great! Texted the night before to confirm and arrived in the early part of our window. He was friendly, polite and knowledgable and worked very efficiently. He even took his shoes off when he came in the house. When he changed our air filter he added a little tape tab to make it easier for us to change next time. 10 out of 10.

Jay was on time, extremely polite and professional even though there was a bit of a miscommunication with scheduling and I was not home to meet him upon arrival. Our attic is very difficult to access the air handler and he was very positive and kind through the process. The communication from Reliance was great.

Came out & gave an HONEST evaluation & repaired what needed fixing. So glad i called to have them give me a “2nd opinion”The first company i was quoted 3 times as much for replacement….Thank you for your honesty.
