Chelsea was absolutely wonderful! She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we fully understood what was going on with our A/C unit. I’m honestly not a big fan of And Services as a whole, however, Chelsea completely changed our opinion of the company. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise truly stood out. We would love to have Chelsea handle all of our service work in the future. She’s an exceptional technician and a real asset to the company.

Kenny arrived in time and did a thorough look at all components before declaring what the problem was. Once we went through everything the best solution is to replace the whole unit. Cost was a challenge though.

Kenny was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, efficient, and just genuinely a good guy. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I’d probably even go as far as saying that he’s the type of person my husband and I would actually hang out with on a friend level.

Appointment was delayed then postponed after I had to call them to find out the status. Their manager - Meagan was very unprofessional. She was to call me back after her being on the phone but when I called back 2 hours later, she had already left. I took a couple of hours off work to be home for a schedule appointment that AND made, telling me when I agreed with the time they had open, that I could make it. Little did I know…, I was the only one that kept my end of the agreement on being there for the appointment. My opinion, I would not recommend AND for any of my future needs…

Had an issue with my hvac system. Kenny should up, fixed my problem, educated me on a few hvac things and was very respectful and courteous to me and my family. Won’t call any else but him to deal with my hvac problems. Thankful

Kenneth did a great job servicing our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Would highly recommend using this company in the future!

Damian did a great job. I had an issue with my central air and he made time stop by the same day to take care of it. He was polite and proficient. I would recommend.

Andrei came out and came out excellent job. Installed light bulbs. Don't ask for anyone else. Fair, honest, friendly service. Good price

DAMIAN was my service agent that came to my home. He was a great listener. He listened to me and let me finish what I want done to my AC he made suggestions which I agreed. I have been in many businesses throughout the years and when you have employees like him, you wanna make sure you take good care and pay him well He is a five star to your business if they were more, I would add them thank you

The technician was very kind and very professional. He was thorough and he was honest. He was very clear on what he saw. The problem was and promptly was able to give me a quote to repair and replace. I do have another company coming in to give me another estimate. I will be repairing the unit versus replacing it due to the cost. Chelsea’s communication and customer service were excellent throughout the entire visit and her work was thorough in performing maintenance on our AC unit. I appreciate Chelsea’s honesty and dedication to her profession. She is one of the reasons we continue to use AND Services for our AC needs.

Called for a quote on a new ac unit was told he would be there in 2-4 hours on waiting the 3 hour got a call he was finishing a job at 6 pm I called the dispatch wasn’t nice said he would be there with in the hour at 730 I called back he was in traffic not sure why he would be the only one that could offer me quote also not sure why I waited 9 hours. Just thankful the red flag was at the beginning!

I needed my AC for my rental repaired fast and I only used them, because the promised to send someone out there way faster than my standard AC company. They did not showed up several hours later than promised and I ended up paying $500 for a capacitor!
That should normally not cost more than $250-300.
A lady called today and wanted me to schedule a service. I told her that it was so expensive and she hung right up in the middle of my sentence. NEVER AGAIN

Kenny was excellent! He was professional, quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC and knew exactly what needed to be done. We truly appreciate his honesty and trusted his assessment. We’ll definitely ask for Kenny for any future repairs. Highly recommended!

Brian, the service tech was great on the phone. Very pleasant and easy to speak with about my concerns.Checked out my AC unit and then we discussed the options. Doug in the office was great. Worked out pricing give me a solid quote and they have the item in stock so the rep replacing my AC unit tomorrow. A service I’ve ever had from an AC company. Ken

This review is not a reflection of the service, but rather a reflection of the poor operational processes in place at this company.

I received service in June of 2024, and provided a card at that time to charge for the service.

Today, 18 months later, i have received a threat to be sent to collections because my account is 90 days past due. A $47 service, past due. I was never notified before today about this bill being overdue (the issue on the included invoice copy is "cc declined" which is also confusing cause that card was perfectly valid, until about 3 months ago when it was replaced, questioning when they actually tried to charge it) I'm now on hold to pay this but extremely disappointed in this post service experience.

Mike said they had 24 hr service; 6 hours after “fixing” it the AC stopped working. I called the 24 hr line but it was 10 hours later that the technician called! He quoted me a price of $13,705. For a new system by Reheem. I bought that same exact system from a different company for nearly 1/2 the price.
