Josh was absolutely very easy to explain ever thing that was needed to have best performance from Air Conditioner. He went over everything very thorough. I did the one year interest-free financing. He explained that to me which I had used with your company before when I purchased my last air conditioner. Very clean. Nice personality to have in your house to be welcome to do the work. Very satisfied. Would love to have him next time I need any work I would love to have. Josh, if possible I'm going to ask for him. And I do. Ken was on time, professional, got to it with knowledge & purpose. He explained what he was doing and why it made sense. It was also refreshing that he spoke highly of his company which I think is rare these days but gives me more assurance that “AND” is a company I can feel good about.

Thank you to Josh for coming out to our home today and explaining what needs to be fixed on our heating and cooling system. Josh was very thorough, professional and the rates were very competitive! We had another agency come out first and they were inflating their prices by several thousand dollars. What a relief to be working with an honest company! Highly recommend them! And Josh!

Damian was very professional. He spent a lot of time doing the job right. We discussed. Options for future care and maintenance of my HVAC system. Upon advice of his superiors he recommended a new UV lamp. I was told this price of this was over $1100.00. Even with my military and previous discounts. Later I had time to research the costs of a UV lamp and internet prices were nowhere near the $1100.00 he was quoted. I am now very sorry I did not take time to do the research while he was here for I never would have agreed to the $2123.00 price I paid I have yet to receive the itemized bill that I requested. Thus I still do not know what all I paid for. I must say that Damian did an excellent job taking care of my system But it is another thing with management who should have send an itemized bill before now.

Kenneth did a great job on the service call for our air conditioning unit today at our house. He was very kind and explained exactly what he was doing. He even showed me the voltage meter reading on the new part he installed. It was also very nice to our little dog and was very patient with her as she was barking constantly because a stranger was in the house for a bit. Thank you Kenneth!

They were able to come out same day, which was wonderful! The tech that came was Cody. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He found and addressed the problem immediately. Had my AC running in 10 min. GREAT SERVICE!

So very thankful for this company! We were away on vacation and of course our AC dies. Our pet sitter contacted us to tell us her and our furbabies were melting lol. We connected with Slapshots Air around 8pm and they were able to send Dalton right out, he identified the problem and ordered the part we needed. He was there trying to help our pet sitter come up with ideas to cool off the house until the next morning when the part came in, such a great company and such an act of kindness! The Dalton arrived next am with the part, fixed it up and was able to get our AC back up and running. The billing was easy and convenient, no surprises and just all around so easy to work with while being 1,000 miles away and only communicating via phone and our pet sitter. Quoted 977 before military discount in October. Was told it was a six month guarantee price. They called me to offer me a free spring cleaning. I let the person calling know that I would like to move forward with my warranty fix on the AC that was quoted to me in October. I reminded them that they never added the military discount. They showed up in March for what I thought was the job I was quoted and he explained he had to double check the cause was correct before he could order parts and do the work. I’m sitting at my kitchen table and I hear Freon being let out of my machine and then he came in and said the problem is correct but the price went up in January to 1450. I felt so disrespected! And I’m honestly not sure he didn’t let enough Freon out for my brand new machine to stop working any day now! Thankfully I found an honest company who ordered my parts under warranty and the price will be around 600. It’s funny how the price I’m going to pay will be less than the price they quoted from the beginning and increased in just five months ignoring the promise of a six month price quote guarantee!

This company has excellent customer service. The appointment setter was pleasant and helpful and very easy to deal with. I received a text before technician Cody arrived at my home; which included some professional as well as a bit of personal information about Cody. Cody was welled groomed and extremely polite and took care in the task he was performing. I also liked that my tech Cody was a native Floridian. I highly recommend Slapshot Air!! My wife and I had contacted numerous companies to come install our hood range in our kitchen and no one would take the job. I contacted Slap shots Air on a Facebook post and they contacted me back immediately. Since this was a tandem job with my roofing company, they made the whole process a breeze. Fair pricing, very upfront and honest. They do great work. Chad and Scott were amazing and explained everything. They were above and beyond. Its rare you find genuine, fair and honest people in this line of work. I recommend this company to everyone.

The company definitely knew what they were talking about and made me feel very at ease with the information given. Found out my whole AC unit need to be replaced which we were thinking due to it being almost 20 years old. Dalton and Company made the whole process just amazing and checked up on me every day to make sure we are comfortable in our house while waiting on the new unit

Our ac unit went out after hours. We called a few places but they couldn’t come out until the next morning. Our house was at 81 and our dog was panting. Scott was able to come out within 3 hours after we called, quickly diagnosed our issue. We were sold just on his personality alone. By this time it was after 9pm Dalton got on the phone and ran all our #s and had us signed and ready to go so quickly. Scott had a portable ac unit on his truck and was so nice to let us use it overnight, we were able to cool off our bedroom and sleep comfortably. The very next morning, they had two guys out here putting in our new unit. Super nice guys all around and efficient. Very happy with the overall service.

Dalton is awesome! He came yesterday and gave us an estimate to repair our AC and came out today to repair it. The other AC company told us we needed a new unit and that a few things were broken, that really weren’t. Dalton said ours could be fixed and the things the other company said were “broken” were not. Honesty goes a long way. I won’t be using anyone but Slapshots Air and will tell everyone I know to use them. Thank you Dalton for your honesty and hard work to get us up and running again. Honest dependable and ethical!!!

Chad was incredibly personable kind great charisma helped me efficenctly walked me through everything so I could easily understand it. overall was just blown away by the service I received from him. I ended up needing more intense work done and he told me that his supervisor would come by, blew me away that HE wasn't the supervisor!!!!!! I never leave reviews but he really came through for me and made me feel incredibly comfortable having him in my home and helping me through this tough situation

Older elders beware!! This company is not to be trusted they will say you need to replace a compressor that only needed a $250 part and quote you on 12k! When it’s only 7k to get a new one replaced and installed. Wayyy over priced ! I’m so happy I made my grandfather get another opinion by another company. A honest company, and I kept my compressor only paid $250 for a part and not trying to get over on my grandfather. This company is hurting peoples pockets for their benefit. We don’t support company’s like that.

Dalton and his team, specifically Scott, were incredibly helpful and quick to assist with our emergency.

However, their front office is incredibly disorganized. I had to wait over two months to have a permanent fix scheduled with the technicians despite calling them at least once a week to follow-up.

The quality of work of the technicians is great and when they finally were scheduled to come out they put in a great repair that hasn't had issues since. Unfortunately, just a frustrating experience to get work scheduled. Hoping they fix this as otherwise it's a perfect experience.

After a previous AC company sold us a substandard / inadequate AC unit because they had NO idea how to manage our AC/heat needs for our structure, Slapshot Air came to the rescue. Dalton G. Listened to our needs, devolped the correct plan, size, and tonnage for our structure. Upgraded the inadequate ducting from the previous AC company, and installed our unit and ducting 24 hrs after we called him! His work was top notch and met / exceeded our original needs / expectations! We HIGHLY recommend Slapshot air for timely service, quality work, and very fair pricing.

Cannot say enough good things about Slapshots Air! I called them late Saturday night for an urgent situation with my AC leaking and requested an early Sunday morning appointment. They were able to fit me in between 8-10am on Sunday morning! John arrived at 8:40am and called me 30 min before arrival. John was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained every detail to me in an “easy to understand” way! He was very honest and prides himself on great quality work. He spent 2 hours at my home making sure the entire system was looked over and tuned up. His company didn’t install my unit, but he gave me some insight on issues that I need to address with the other vendor that I would have never known otherwise! Then, as he was leaving, I found out that John was one of the owners! He took my service call this morning because one of his techs was on a job the night prior until 2AM so John took the service call himself so his tech could get some sleep. THAT is a great business owner; the care he has for his employees is commendable! I cannot recommend Slapshots enough and will be using them for any other AC needs! Thank you, John!

I highly recommend Slapshot Air. I had them to replace my air ducts. The price was very reasonable. They came out and installed the air ducts in 1 day after I order them. The installers were very friendly and had it done and in no time I’m very happy with the outcome.

This is absolute best AC company! So very trustworthy , no added fees , sometimes no fee at all ! I just can’t say enough about Dalton and his team , compassionate, knowledgeable and such decent people !!
