DISHONEST!!! Pushing customers into unnecessary expensive solutions and repairs. I had a gut feeling before. In the past I asked them to drop my number and never show at my home again. For some reason I let them come again when they called. Unfortunately latest experience confirmed the fact that I was lured into expensive unnecessary additions, repairs and dishonest services in the past as they tried to do it again this time.
During recent maintenance visit I was told that my ducts are leaking air and need to be re-sealed to maintain proper static pressure which is too high.
Next day using different company I learned that static pressure is too high because return duct, firstly is not sealed properly at the entryway, secondly Filtered Return Air Grill (20”x20”) and return duct 16” wide are too small to maintain 3.5 ton system where delivery duct is 18” wide.
This setup was putting more strain on the system preventing it to work properly quietly and efficiently. AND Services didn’t install the system but serviced it few times never pointing or addressing this issue recently or in the past which make me question their professionalism and ethics.
During this visit I complained about noisy outside unit. Technician decided that horizontal heat pump motor needs to be replaced to reduce the noise. Technician from another company solved this issue two days later by simply placing a small rubber pad between shell elements to eliminate metal to metal touching which caused the noise I was hearing. No motor replacement necessary!!!
Summarizing, for my 8 years old system to resolve two issues (high static pressure and outside noise), AND Services Sarasota Team gave me a final quote after taking all possible discounts for over $6,000 dollars for “necessary” repairs and almost $12,000 dollars for the entire system replacement pushing towards new system. When I told them that I need some time before making a decision I was told that they are getting busier so I should make decision relatively quickly to avoid my system to broke during busy season.
Two days later both issues were addressed quickly and efficiently for a fraction of the cost $1,200 by different HONEST company.

I needed my unit serviced and got in contact with John who diagnosed my issue and got me scheduled immediately. My technician Jake was prompt and not only quickly, efficiently, and cleanly took care of my needs but was very knowledgeable about breaking my system down and explaining how to properly care for my unit. Thank you John and Jake!

Great guy, sorry forgot his name. Did the whole overlook of the system. Said everything was amazing and was in tip top shape. No high pressure sales like most stating you “NEED” this, that and other B.S. ! Appreciate his honesty just wish I could remember his name to give proper appreciation. I will say he was young with a blonde shaved head and a nice easy going personality. Great asset to keep around!

Josh was EXCELLENT!! He had amazing customer service, attention detail, and very respectful. 10/10 recommend him for all your service jobs needed. Dog lover as well.

Mike was on time , completely knowledgeable and very professional and polite in explaining options. I also like that he would typically be the one providing service for our house.

Kenny was wonderful!! In the midst of the recent FL cold snap (with no house heat), he swooped in, and took care of my Mother! Explaining all the options, he was professional, courteous, and prompt.

Ken was wonderful very professional, polite and knew the business. He told me what was wrong before opening the A/C unit up.Great guy and great company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Everything was quick and efficient. Chelsea was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, and overall helped with every step of the process. She always made sure I knew what was happening and what services would be best for my unit! I will be recommending and using their services again!

Technician was out and found a “faulty compressor” we received a free second opinion from a mom and pop company and they plugged our compressor back in. System is running great. AND Services wanted 13,000 for a unit that wasn’t even broken! We are leaving a 5 star review so maybe someone will actually be able to read online.

Another great six month service by our technician Derek! He’s very thorough and has always done a great job for us. We highly recommend him and Anthony’s for any HVAC need.

First, we had Kenny coming in keeping our 13 year air conditioner up and running for quite a while. We finally had to accept the fact the poor a/c was on its last legs. Kenny was awesome walking us through options, prices and set up. We got it installed today and what a difference! The two men installing were very friendly, professional and just plain awesome! Unfortunately, we did not get their names. And Services is a wonderful company and their employees are top notch! Thank you for making this a great experience.

Mike D who is a service advisor came to our house for an issue with the AC system freezing up. We thought there was an issue and he tried to charge a minimum of 2.5k up to almost 5k for an issue that was nonexistent. A customers worst nightmare. First he wanted to come back in the morning and see what the issue was then proceeded to come up with a plan of charges we didn’t expect. He simply wanted us to go through with payment immediately and a made comment about affordability which was unnecessary. We had an extended warranty on our AC for parts and labor which he failed to mention . Dishonest service. Made a big mistake calling this company to come and check our property. He demanded we pay him and that he didn’t work for free. If he wanted compensation for coming out then charge a fee for taking a look at the unit. He was super upset we wanted a second option. All in all left an uncomfortable impression in my house.

I love And Services! Today we had our bi-annual service (free because we get the maintenance package) and they were wonderful like normal. Today Chelsea B. came out to clean and look at our system. Everything is working great but we could have issues in the near future. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Truly if you ever need an AC company these folks are the experts. Give them a try and you will not be sorry!

AND Services took $4,995 from me to correct the mold problem on the plenum of my A/C unit by installing a UV light and guaranteed that it would correct the problem or they would refund my money. After the mold returned they tell me they will refund nothing as black mold is "normal" on plenums in Florida. See picture and tell me that is "normal". BTW And Services installed the unit new at the cost of $7,735 then charged me another $732 to "fix" the duct work along with $387 annually to service and replace the UV light. Then Finally, to correct the mold issue, they charged me $4,995 to install another UV light. Now they tell me mold is "normal".
So you're aware, several months ago, two representatives from And Services came out to my home to "evaluate" my system to try and sell energy conservation crap. When they saw the mold they advised that "this is not normal". When I explained to them that your service people told me the mold is normal and to ignore it, one responded by saying, "they are lying to you, I've been doing this for 35 years and that is far from normal." They then advised me that they would go back and report to the service department's supervisor. Soon after followed my $4,995 UV light with the bogus guarantee.
BTW - Google question: is black mold normal on an A/C unit plenum in Florida? On 1/15/25, And Services sent out a extremely honest, professional and talented service technician to check out the mold issue. Within a few minutes the gentleman found that there is severe air leakage coming through the plenum causing the mold issue, something that apparently the self proclaimed "expert" couldn't find as she was more interested in extorting $5k from me for a UV light that I didn't need. The tech advised that he needed to report his findings to his supervisor for final approval but stated that he would go to get supplies and approval from his manager and would call me back with a time when he will be back to repair the plenum, remove the un-needed $4,995 useless UV light and refund my money. Apparently the manager decided that they will repair nothing and refund nothing, as, I have heard nothing from them. It's hard to believe that ownership allows incompetent managers to bring the company's reputation down and still keep their jobs. One would think that it would be the goal of ownership to insist that their managers bring their Better Business Bureau Rating to an A+ like the reputable A/C companies out there, but apparently they could care less. So sad! Folks reading this, ask yourself, do you want to do business with a company with an F rating with the BBB? Think about that, an F, not a B or C or even a D, an F!

Cost me $1,436 to replace the plenum and miraculously, after almost a year, no mold. Turns out And Services' self proclaimed "expert" cut a large hole in the plenum and taped over it, of course the tape leaked causing cold air to leak out causing the black mold. See pictures below.

I tried to resolve this issue with the help of the Better Business Bureau but And Services refused to resolve the issue, not even responding. This is the type of people who run that company... so sad & sickening!

My system was not putting out heat or cool and I wasn’t clear on possible fixes - even though I try to be handy. It was Sunday so I wasn’t expecting a service call (a free diagnostic service csll!) to happen so quickly! But , Mike from AND AIR came to my home within an hour or so and he is professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. I followed him everywhere asking questions which didn’t seem to faze him (some people just want to do the job and get outa there) - in fact he was very forthcoming about what he was looking at and what he expected to see. Very helpful for me who wants to understand everything. Turns out I really needed to replace my aged system and Mike did a. Handwritten estimate for me to look over and think about and with plans for emailing me the more formal proposal. I am very impressed with Mike and the AND AIR company for coming out so quickly and for being thorough. I would have no problem hiring them again and will likely have thrm install the new equipment soon.

I had an entire brand new system put in top to bottom. And Brian went above and beyond to ensure all my questions and concerns were answered, and I was satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend this team to anybody looking to get their AC done, fantastic job Brian thank you!!!

And Services returned my service request within minutes and came out within a couple hours the same day. Mike Delillo, Service Advisor, was courteous and knowledgeable and shared what he was doing with me. Expensive repair to replace the board he diagnosed and handle the part under warranty. I’m trusting that And Services will complete the replacement without any further issues.

Excellent service from them. Same day service also.Great communication by the dispatcher. The technician Mike was excellent, explained everything well and the prices were very good. I look forward to being a long time customer with this kind of service. Definitely going to recommend to everyone

Josh was very knowledgeable, honest and gave me break down of central AC repair needed costs vs. a whole new unit. I called on a Friday, he came same day to give me the free estimates and I chose to install a whole new unit which was installed the very next day, a Saturday by two very nice, knowledgeable gentleman!!!! I was very impressed and what a difference in the AC!!! Thank you guys!!!❤️ I also received a discount for military service, age over fifty five and another for paying cash!👍

Joshua R was so great when he came to check out our AC. Our system stopped working with an infant in the house at the hottest point of the day! He was quick to resolve our issue. Very polite and professional.

Five stars. If you want the best price...AND ...air conditioning and heat ...wouldn't go any farther ...AND ...services I've been looking for. I just met with Josh. He is a field supervisor gave me the cheapest price of everyone in a 20 mile radius of Venice. Seriously call these people get an estimate. I guarantee you will not regret it. Step by step showed me everything showed me the cost. Show me the breakdown and they work with you now. My neighbor saw what was going on and he stopped in and I believe he's going with a brand new unit.!
