I thought my dryer vent hose needed a good cleaning as it was taking me 3 or more cycles to dry things. Turned out there was a large hole in the hose. I decided to have a whole new set up that was much better and safer. The work done was top notch. My only problem was them telling me they would be there between a certain time period, giving them an extra 2 hours before I called and was told a different time and then it was too late. They promised another day, were still late but they got it done. A heads up phone call would be better PR if they would let you know. I wasted a whole day just waiting. That said, I’m happy with the outcome and reasonable prices.

I heard of Slapshots just about 30 days prior to any issues on my system of 6 years. I kept the number on my bulletin board as my central heating & AC man passes away late last year. The last 3 days I noticed my unit was kicking on way to hard and loud. One phone call into them and a nice young man was at my door with in hours and he was so knowledgeable. So glad I kept the phone number. I like the maintenance plans they offer as well. I hope to have a long relationship with them. Customer relationships go a long way in my book. I could have call a big outfit and got ripped off extremely easy. I'll take the family owned business over any big corporation. Did I get ripped off..... nope!! Extremely pleased in 33617.

Quick response , professional and honest. Cody tried every test to figure out core issue of high humidity, his manager suggested options to go with to make sure that they get the right solution.they didn’t charge for consultation, we need one step to check and get back to them but definitely we will use their services for this Isuzu and future need

Always there when I need them! Cody did routine maintenance today and was very polite and professional. He took time to answer my questions with confidence. I am signed up for the maintenance membership so the unit is inspected and cleaned twice a year plus other benefits that are included. Great team, great company and I will continue to use them! Don’t hesitate to call them, they will be good to you! Family owned and operated business that has integrity! The price I paid $215 renewed my membership for the year that includes the two maintenance services per year. It’s worth it! Thank you Breakaway!

I can not say enough about this company. They were the second company I called after my first estimate from another a/c company. The 1st company took 2 days to come out and lied about my compressor being bad. Dalton came out, showed me everything, showed me it was my blower fan (which was a 1/4 of the cost to fix) and also gave me a new filter at their cost which is cheaper than I would get it.

I signed up for a membership to say the least.

I've been trying to call Breakaway for weeks and the phone line disconnects, I've emailed to no response, and now their Facebook has disappeared

I wouldn't normally care but they hold the warranty on my unit plus I paid for their biannual maintenance service that they never conducted

pretty shady when you consider they were going to take my money to replace my unit's motor just before they disappeared

even shadier too when you consider the first time they came out to diagnose my AC system, the guy had no idea what he was doing and misdiagnosed the issue, he said he fixed the issue by tightening a few bolts and wanted to charge me $125 but awkwardly pressured me to sign up for their biannual maintenance service for $200 instead

whatever business they get into next surely will follow the same shady example

I had a great experience with Breakaway Air. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly. No pressure, no upselling — just honest work. My AC was cooling again within the hour. Excellent service all around.

From the time I called and booked my service appointment until the actual visit was complete I received a 5 star experience. I called for service and was able to be scheduled for the same day. The woman who answered was very kind and listened to me rant about other experiences I’ve had and all about the problem I’m still experiencing. The tech who came out was very professional and friendly. I’m very pleased with the service experience and I’ll for sure be calling back for any of my AC needs.

Dalton came out after hours to help with an issue we were having at my house. I appreciate his honesty and his patience to help me in understanding what was going on. He worked hard to get us air for the evening until our part arrived the following day. I’d highly recommend giving them a call if you have any issues.

Breakaway Air has been right on the mark. They are super responsive and reliable. I had an issue a few weeks after they did a large repair job. They immediately came out to find the problem and have gone above and beyond to resolve the issue. I have been working with Adam and Dylan and they are super considerate and conscientious with their customer service. The office receptionist is very friendly and helpful also.

Since moving to Florida, I’ve not had a lot of great interaction with service people. Yesterday was a game changer for me in that Jerry and Francesco were awesome‼️ They paid such attention to detail and did such a perfect job and were so caring, I can’t even express how much it meant to me from a personal point of view. Service is always timely and everyone we've worked with is professional, helpful and friendly. As new homeowners we are very happy with the company and plan to use them for both maintenance and service in the future.

I love Jose he is very conscientious and thorough! He educated me importance of flushing my drain regularly so I don’t get any back up from sludge. He is very pleasant and professional. As a single woman he is always respectful and knowledgeable. Great experience with D& D Air Conditioning!

I could not have hoped for quicker, more professional service at a more than reasonable price. Tristan the technician actually arrived early and quickly diagnosed and repaired my AC unit. In all my years of dealing with various repair companies D&D is by far the best.

Fantastic service by Charlie. The work was completed efficiently . He thoroughly explained the issue with the unit and told me how to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend D&D. Local and friendly and they take care with their customers.

Anythony arrived and quickly diagnosed my AC problem and resolved the issue. I selected D & D because they are locally owned and I have found the large Nationally owned service companies to be unethical, and their techs are trained to upsell and are rarely qualified to deliver timely, correct services. I do feel that the charge and surcharge for the refrigerant to be a bit high. I will recommend this company to family and friends who may require their services.

Nik was fantastic. We're new to D & D and we found our first AC/HVAC system cleaning and repair service call great. Nik was professional, knowledgeable, interactive, and friendly; and we signed a maintenance agreement with Nik and D & D going forward.
