I opted to go with a replacement since my unit is 12 yrs old and the repair would be over half the cost of a replacement. The warranty on a new unit would be better.

The explanation and showing all the options and prices was extremely helpful in my decision.

These guys are personable and prompt, office seems well managed and techs are competent. It's easy to schedule the maintenance and they are good with availability for emergency calls as well. But wow they are relentless upsellers.

I highly recommend Slapshots Air. This is the second year I’ve had them come to take care of my HVAC for the season. Justin was respectful of me and my home was fast and efficient and professional . They never try to sell me something I don’t need. This year there was something with the coil, but he didn’t push to have it replaced now he gave me indications to look for when it does need to be replaced and gave me an estimate. I’ll definitely call them next year.

In a City where I don’t know many people I reached out to my community ~ and Slapshot Air replied ~ said they could be there the next morning ~ Worried ~ I checked reviews ~ and let me tell you ~ they exceeded my expectations ! Kristin was a pleasure on the phone ~ and got a text that they were on there way a pic of the tech and a little background on his qualifications ~ Dalton met with my husband and he went right to work ! Showing him things that were wrong and explaining everything! He spent a few hours in the repair ~ and when they told us how much I was Shocked ~ Amazing price ~ they didn’t try and gouge like a lot of companies do ~ he offered us a 1 year maintenance program and it included the repair ! Dalton was professional ~ Honest ~ down to earth ~ just a great guy!! If I could I would give them 10 stars ⭐️! They deserve it !! Fast and friendly service. Ac went out late at night and within no time had someone show up to fix the issue. Simple fuse is all that was wrong. Slapshot air didnt care about the size of the job they got it handle. I appreciate them.

Adam went above and beyond the scope of duty ! He came back .. no questions asked .. and worked on my unit until the problem was solved !! Extremely professional and courteous employees too ! I called after hours and on a Saturday .. and they ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONE !! No need to look further !! This company is run by humans .. unlike so many that run you through robo call hell )

They were great to come the same day, waive the service drive to my place and troubleshoot the problem for free that a new Thermostat wire needed to be run. But I couldn't accept the $767.00 charge to do that and thought they were trying to recoup some of the service they gave me for free. I said to the tech I can do $100.00 for the job and he didn't reply. I would have done a little more. Later I replied to their message that the tech was coming saying he had already come and $767.00 was too expensive. I replied I would pay $100.00 and was willing to negotiate and they didn't reply. I got another request today for a review. Their a new company and I would have thought would be reasonable and negotiable on the repair charge. Beware.

Dalton was great he came over in the same day I called, found the clog cleared and give me a quote to repair the condenser and something else. Thank you guys!

Dalton has been very helpful and understanding, they don't try selling you unnecessary things unlike many other AC companies. They are always right there even for a emergency. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m going through a lot and he took the load off my shoulders. I’m usually the type that tries to fix everything on my own And then he even figured out somebody pulled out my wire or cut it but the first AC problem in the back AC was from the hurricane and the front one somebody cut the wire and he figured it out pretty quick i’m a truly grateful and then their price is are better With the quality of work they do is amazing. They take every job like it’s their own home. They treat it with much respect thank you so much.

John gave us a quote after explaining all the options and then set a time and date on that day he called to let us know he was on his way arrive exactly when he said he would they got on with the job of installing 2 condensers and 2 air handlers including float switches and drain pans all in less than a day cleaned up any mess and remove old units job well done at a very fair price John came back 6 months later and did a service check at no cost and will be back in 6 months to do another service check give this company a chance you will not be disappointed

Last August the fan motor went out on my outside unit. They were out in just a few hours and located a motor for my 20+ year old system. It was installed a few days after and haven't had any problems, until just before winter last year. The outside unit wouldn't stop running unless I pulled the main. I lived with it for months because I didn't run it due to the weather being cool. Well, finally, on March 31, I had to call. Again, they were out in just a few hours. After inspection, it was quite clear that I needed a new system. After going over my options with Dalton, I made the decision. He made a few phone calls, and said it could be done the next day! So, on April 1, they arrived and installed my new a/c system! It only took 6 hours to do it! I am, and have been very pleased with Slapshots Air!!!

Cody was extremely professional and answered all my questions taking time to explain things to me. He serviced my AC and quickly was able to determine why the refrigerant was low which my previous AC person had not been able to do. Looking forward to getting this piece repaired and having my AC running at peak performance.

Update: Adam arrived today to repair the leak and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They did great work and I'm happy to say my AC is working better than ever now.
