I thought the service guys, Jose and Jay, very easy to talk with and explained the issues and made suggestions. The job was done in a timely manner with no complications.

Reliance Air came to the rescue on a Saturday after hearing that the previous company had still not resolved the issue after 4 attempts. They continued working until every single problem was resolved. And then they stayed even longer to make sure that everything was working properly. The employees were respectful and knowledgeable. They definitely get the job done!

As of tomorrow, 12/12/25, it will be a week since I finally had the budget to get my pool heated. I have a 75,000 gal pool and never thought I will ever be able to swim during winter. Xavier helped me decide what is best for the size of my pool. Not only he gave me the best price I have been quoted by 5 heat pump pool installers/companies, he and his team also went above and beyond ensuring proper electrical was installed to accommodate the power. It's been below 60s and my pool is so warm. I've set the temp to 88 and the water feels like summer. We've been able to swim at night also. Xavier and his team did an excellent job altogether. Definitely trust worthy and professional. I've sent my neighbors and friends his info. Definitely worth the money sintead of waiting till April to be able to use my pool. Thanks guys!
