I called the company in an emergency situation. Our heater was constantly going down; no heat. I received a picture text messsge. I also tracked his location. He arrived in a timely manner and did a thorough diagnosis of our heating system. I highly recommend him.

Lewis was great! Squeezed us in same day on Sunday night when our shower was backing up while our washing machine was running a rinse cycle. Communicated when he was going to run a bit late from a previous job. He also troubleshooted from least invasive and more affordable options to more complicated/costly options, which was our exact wishes! He was super respectful and even cleaned up when he was done. Glad to be an ACS member!

I had a wonderful ecobee thermostat installation experience with Eric Jazdzewski, an ACS HVAC tech, after blowing a fuse while attempting to install it myself. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the fuse, installed and configured the thermostat and gave me some additional invaluable advice about my system along the way. I can’t thank him enough for the excellent quality of his work and his fantastic attitude and customer service throughout. I highly recommend ACS and Eric, in particular.

Kenny did a great job with our AC tune-up service. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, carefully inspecting and servicing the system to make sure everything was running efficiently. He took the time to show pictures of the unit, explain the current condition of the unit and provided helpful recommendations for future maintenance and potential upgrades to keep it performing at its best. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Kenny for anyone needing reliable AC service!

D&W was very responsive when my old unit went down. Scheduled replacement quickly and the work was done in half the time I anticipated. Guys were very informative and new pad and unit look perfect. I've never met or talked to any D&W employee who was not personable and professional. Very Happy.

So, I thought the review below had been previously posted, but it doesn’t look like it was. We had our annual service done this week, and as usual they didn’t disappoint! Thorough, friendly and on time. I highly recommend D & W for your air conditioning needs!

Our air conditioner had stopped working. Our neighbors had used D & W Heating and Air Conditioning for service, and referred them to us. I called to have them come out to check out our problem. The answering service was professional and friendly. Randy, the owner, called me within about 15 minutes after my talking to them. We set up an appointment, for a specific time frame and Keith, the technician arrived on time and was also professional and friendly. It was determined that we needed a new system. Keith called Randy and told him we were without ac, and Randy juggled around some appointments to get us set up for the next morning. Josh and Travis, the installation guys, showed up on time, and were also professional and friendly during the installation.
We were very impressed with how responsive everyone at D & W was with any communication we had with them, their professionalism, and their timeliness.
Great local business, and a very professional outfit. We would highly recommend D & R for anyone who needs air conditioning services!

We had our maintenance appointment today. Our tech called and offered to stop by earlier than planned. That worked well for us. He was very polite and neat. He even pulled out a few weeds that were around our unit. I inquired about our expectation for winter. He mentioned the heating element is good. D & W has been our provider for many years. They are very professional. We try to support local businesses.

D&W came through for us after Hurricane Ian destroyed the A/C we had for many years. They were right there to install a new A/C the day after we called. The tech who installed it and the tech (Joe) who came today for the semi-annual check-up are both outgoing and extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience between them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend D&W to anyone who asks.
