Mr.Quinton Tate did an excellent job. He was very professional and informative. He suggested some things that I will have done soon. He gave me helpful information. He is A1 at his job. He replaced the main bathroom faucet that was leaking beyond repair with a new 1 that looks and works like a dream. Thank you Mr. Tate.

Quick response and great service. Our tech Rodney Crawford was fantastic - friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. My only issue with Acree is they often use flat pricing which can make relatively quick, simple repairs quite expensive - would like them to reconsider that policy, but would still highly recommend them.

Our A/C quit working last night, and Dave S. came out first thing this morning to troubleshoot/diagnose. Unfortunately, we need a new control board that has to be ordered, but he was friendly and knowledgeable, and is pushing to get the board ASAP so we don’t have to go The weekend without A/C.

Very disorganized. Not truthfully disclosing the price. They say a service call is $79 and then add a surcharge for having to use their truck for call. Their service person is not knowledgeable and had to have another service person to come out. The first one said the Freon was ok and could not fix the problem. The second one said it needed Freon which he added but did not do a leak test. They do not get on phone to address concerns

Acree Air did a wonderful job repairing the mess of a backup(no pun intended). Through my frustration of all the water, they were able to find me help immediately, and resolved my issue within 24hrs. They have excellent customer service, the multiple technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They kept my husband and I in the loop with everything, constantly in communication with us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sam Cook with Acree Air and Heating did an excellent job in servicing a/c system. He was very professional and knowledgeable explaining things about our a/c system to me. I could not have asked for a better service technician.

Quinton and Justin have been a great team and their work and repairs were above and beyond my expectations! They did a fantastic job not only performing the work but answering all questions and explaining them with clarity and understanding! Couldn’t ask for more. I wouldn’t give them 5 Stars- ⭐️ I give them 10 Stars ⭐️! If I need any other help they will be first on my list 👍🏽

Exceptional Service from Fernando!

I had such a great experience with Fernando Hernandez from Acree Air. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Fernando took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand, and he made sure my system was running perfectly before he left. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out.

Recently had Acree out to move our AC units that were in danger of falling off our house. Mark clearly explained the work that was needed, and Nick and Jayson did a great on moving everything. Highly recommend Acree for AC needs. Thanks for a job well done!

I can not be more grateful for the service we received. Yesterday my grandparents needed a plumber for their toilet and sewage back up. Derrick Antunes and the gentlemen working with him went above and BEYOND!!!! My grandparents have dementia and my grandfather gets VERY angry. I had warned the team when they arrived. They were kind and graceful. Not only did they do a quick and amazing job they helped me save my grandfather's life. He had fallen and was bleeding all over. They helped me get him inside. An hour later he stopped breathing and passed out with no pulse. They stayed with me until the ambulance left and they waited to make sure me and my grandmother were ok. Then Derrick came back this morning to finish the job. THEN he cleaned their bathrooms from the spillage and cleaned up all the soiled towels. On TOP of that he offered to come back and help my grandmother get her towels clean on his OWN time. He was AMAZING and did a fantastic job. He sincerely cared for his customers. I wish I could tell the world how amazing he was. They now have new toilets and their water is running clean and without clogs. He was a blessing. I pray his boss sees this and promotes him!!!! I can never repay him for everything he did yesterday. He is an angel. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and help with my grandparents!!!!! Stephen was very knowledgeable on how to correct my electrical needs. Also suggested ways to increase the safety and went out of his way to get the materials to complete the work needed on my electrical outlets. Also placed an order for a supply that I need it for a higher voltage for my chandeliers. Excellent customer service very polite and courteous.

My heat was not working so I caller Acree out. I had specifically requested a specific Tech named Geo because he is honest and has done us right before.
They sent Jose Rosario who went and looked at my unit which is only 8 years old and still under warranty and he told me the unit needs too much repair to be worth fixing and my heater is shot and that I need a whole new unit to the tune of $24K
I made a few calls had another company out and 200$ later the heating component was replaced and my unit was fine.
I have no problem paying for things I actually need but pushy deceptive sales tactics and lying to me are a hard no. We will no longer be doing business with this company due to this experience. Even worse he charged me a 79$ service call to try and stick it to me. Ill be getting that refunded.

Sam Cook did an awesome job. He followed up daily with the warranty part and installed it the same day it arrived. Great customer service!

Stephen Letkeman was the technician that came to my house for a circuit breaker tripping from our ac unit. He did a very thorough inspection and explained everything he did. He was very polite and professional. Gave me 3 different options with pricing so I could make an informed decision. I will recommend this company to who ever needs their services.

“On time everytime” that’s true because when they side swiped your vehicle they don’t stop. Was involved in your driver hitting my truck today on i75 south bound. Driver refused to pull over. Have plate, vehicle number. Witness, and police report filed with fhp. Called your number and dispatch didn’t even want to take my info down. Hopefully the owner reaches out to me and resolves his employees actions. How dumb can you be to run from the scene of an accident with a company vehicle.

Guess you guys condone his actions as no one has reached out to me to repair my vehicle. Guess I’ll have the lawyer contact your company. Tried to make it easy for you

Sam Cook came out to my parent's house and was very honest and found the AC problem right away. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and got the job done! Couldn't be happier with the service and this is my first time using these guys! He didnt try to upsell them either which was refreshing.

I had some plumbing issues and was able to get a next day appointment with Acree. Justin showed up on time and did a great job fixing the problems. He was very polite and respectful and explained things well. It was expensive, but no more than any other plumber in the area. Very happy with Justin’s work.

The plummer (Austin) was very polite and very knowledgeable. He listened when I was describing the plumbing problem I had. Then, he described what he would do to locate the leak I have and what it would cost. Then, he went to work and found the problem and fixed it. Once it was fixed, he tested the system to make sure the problem was fixed and that the system worked correctly. Finally, he debriefed the entire job with me and told me everything he took note of I should watch out for or have repaired. Nice job! Very satisfied.

I wish I could give zero stars. It has been 30 days since I contacted Acree Air about a broken blower motor that is covered under WARRANTY, and I still do not have a working air conditioner in my home.

Here is my experience:
• January 24 – Called to report the issue and file a warranty claim.
• January 26 – Technician came out to assess the unit.
• January 29 – Called to schedule installation and was told the part had to be ordered.
• Since then – I have called weekly for updates with no resolution.
• Today – I have called multiple times just to speak with a manager and have not received a single callback.

Living in Florida without AC/Heating is not just an inconvenience — it is a health and safety issue. The complete lack of communication and disregard for their customers is unacceptable.

I have now been forced to file formal complaints with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and the Better Business Bureau.

If you are considering using Acree Air for your HVAC needs, I strongly urge you to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually values its customers.

Updates: Manager did reach out and promised to get it fixed as well as updated warranty for labor as well. Work got completed but nothing else they promised has happened and manager went silent again.

Mr. Minh and his assistant did a great job. They arrived on time and were friendly, courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did the job exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend ACREE for anyone seeking quality work at a very reasonable price.
