Cool Coast did an amazing installing our new AC unit, new duct work, and new insulation. Bryan (the owner) was responsive and walked us through every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable in what we needed to best suit our house. His installation crew, Elton and Arturo were professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to get everything up and running in a timely manner. We look forward to maintaining our unit with Cool Coast.

I was impressed with the entire process from initial call to completion of maintenance service. KJ was very responsive via phone and text. Very pleasant and professional. The maintenance plan price he provided, was very reasonable and better than most. My technician, Joe Clark was also very professional and impressively knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, and things I could do on my own. There was no upsell pressure just some valid recommendations. Joe walk me through everything he did. I would highly recommend them.

Ben Newman was Excellent. He was very precise & checked both ac systems inside & out. He was very communicable, easy to understand & answered my questions. Ben was very thorough. I recommend him to everyone.

From my initial meeting with Brian, the owner, who came to my home to check my system, to my meeting with Elton, who came to assess my duct work to determine what needed to be done, the experience was awesome. We have been faithful customers of Cool Coast for several years now. We initially called in a panic due to horrible ductwork in a home we had just bought. The owner Bryan came out and immediately put us at ease. Many other companies gave us the runaround and none of them actually listened to us and addressed the situation fully. We had Cool Coast replace all our ductwork and add new insulation as well. A couple years later they replaced our system and we've had regular service calls since then. We've always been pleased with anyone who comes out on behalf of the company. This morning at our service appt we discussed adding a UV light and within no time Bob had one installed. Bob was extremely thorough and we couldn't be more pleased. We will continue to recommend Cool Coast to anyone who needs a/c service.

These guys are awesome!! They completely re-designed our ductwork at our home - we really wanted the cool industrial exposed ductwork running across our cathedral ceiling. See attached pics. It turned out better than we anticipated! It is definitely a show-stopper!!

Also, they have done A/C work at our commercial warehouse. Again, great work!! We have the maintenance contracts (his prices are very reasonable!) and they continue to exceed our expectations.

What a great experience with this HVAC company! We initially called them for a duct cleaning at our rental house, but after their inspection, they explained that duct cleaning wouldn’t help because of the old HVAC system. Brian did an excellent job communicating with us and convincing the owner to replace the system with a new heat pump. Within just a few days, the team—Elton, Edison, Armando, and Noman—came in and replaced the entire system in under 7 hours. Their workmanship was outstanding, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. On top of that, they left the place spotless, sweeping and cleaning up after themselves. Truly professional service from start to finish.

Called Brian at Cool Coast on a Friday afternoon because our air conditioner stopped working. Elton and his crew came Saturday morning and installed a new York air conditioner. They were very efficient and took pride in their work. Joe installed our wifi thermostat. He was very knowledgeable. When Sarasota county came for inspection, he said it was the best job he has seen.
