Gary Air's Marquez Simpson just finished up our annual system maintenance and did a great job -- thorough, thoughtful and so neat! It's nice to have everything running smoothly with no worries.

We woke up to no heat on a cold morning. Gary Air was very responsive and sent someone out that same morning. John quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. He was great at explaining everything and gave us good advice for maintenance going forward.

Very impressed with Gary Air. They have been over twice now for two different projects. One was some duct work, the other was to get my mini-split up and running on a new construction job I had going on. I have had the pleasure of working with Tyler, Johnny, and Cliff. All three were impressively knowledgable, professional, and just very polite to work with. I highly recommend Gary Air. I already have my next project with them in the works.

Working with the Gary Air team was about as good as it gets - highly recommend. Honest assessment of my current systems, reviewing options, selecting new systems that address my issues and needs (humidity control), professional install, being patient and answering all of my questions, going the extra mile to make sure everything was set up properly, navigating unexpected challenges (existing wiring), etc.

I ended up going with two 18.2 SEER communicating systems and I am glad I stepped up to better equipment. It's easy to want to save money on a large expense, but when you're talking about systems that control the comfort of your home - don't make the choice based on short term decision making...think bigger picture and long term.

We were selling our home and we needed duct and damper replacements. Cool Coast's price was very fair and Bryan worked extremely hard to fit us in before our inspection. A neighbor told me about Cool Coast, and I'm so glad I called them. I was working with another company that told me I needed a $500 repair on a three-year-old HVAC system. Cool Coast sent Bob to my house, and he explained how the system worked and gave me a good starting point for what I should do. Cool Coast was $100 cheaper than the other company. I will continue to use this company. There is something to be said about a family-owned business!

I had a whole house package AC-unit that went down in one of my rental units. Cool Coast answered quickly, diagnosed the issue, was mindful of my tenants, and installed my new AC without hassle. He answered all of my questions and gave me a fair price. I would recommend them for anyone that appreciates quality and efficiency.
