I have been a Gary Air customer for three years and just renewed my service agreement for another three. I want to specifically commend the service technician that checked/cleaned my system today, Mr. Jay Yens. He was absolutely superb in every respect. On time, friendly, professional and thorough and explained every step of the process he completed on my system. Jay is a GREAT representative of a great company.

I found Gary Air through an internet search in 2024 looking for a local company providing excellent service and value. I have had Gary Air install an air purifier system, UV light, and other maintenance on my home's HVAC system.

Most recently, my A/C stopped working on a hot June day. The same day I happened to be flying out of town. I called Andrew at Gary Air Monday morning for service and was given Tuesday afternoon as the soonest available. I asked Andrew if he could get a tech to my home sooner since i have pets. He said he would do his best to try and get a tech to come sooner. Andrew came through and i had a tech at my home Monday afternoon (same day). Sergio the tech replaced a capacitor and got my A/C operational again.

Gary Air has earned my business and is my HVAC tech of choice. I have also signed up for their annual maintenance service agreement.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent service oriented Company who understands customer service.

Pleasant receptionist took my call. Technician arrived on time was polite and friendly. Explained what was needed & completed the job at a very reasonable price. We would use again.

Sergio with Gary Air was wonderful. I called for a same day appt and when he had a break he fit me in. He gave the unit a thorough diagnostic and was friendly, immediately went to work, and was clearly skilled. Their prices are very affordable which is hard to find today. Very impressed. I have a new HVAC service now!

They installed a new system 9 years ago for a fair price and it went well. They've been coming every year with the maintenance contract.

Had a strong mildew smell and they came to clean the ducts and the guy said the ducts were undersized. The guy blamed me for having a pressure test done. I said Bob never mentioned that. He said Bob was a salesman and doesn't know. He threatened to pack up and leave and I will owe full price. They finished.

Now for the first time in 9 years the drain line is not working and the unit is leaking all around. No solution. For the first time in 9 years (20 years) the ducts are undersized and causing it to leak.

The drain has been working for 9 years, now it doesn't.

Gary Air was on time. The tech was courteous & efficient! I highly recommend them!!

Sergio came today for our yearly maintenance check. He has serviced our unit for years and has always been so professional and honest. Gary Air has a wonderful technician, and Sergio is a great asset to the company.

They answer their phones! Return calls! Follow up! And fixed our AC/Heating issue right away. They did not try to price gouge. We have signed up with them for a regular maintenance contract because we really liked them. All the employees were very knowledgeable and explained things in terms anyone could understand. They came recommended and now we will do the same. Make sure you include them next time you are getting estimates. You won't be sorry.

Thank goodness Rob bought the company. I called tonight bc my ac was out… and Johnnie came to the rescue @7pm on a Saturday! He was so knowledgeable about the particular unit. He got it working again! And while he was here he noticed my other unit starting to freeze and he fixed that too!! Couldn’t say anything but great things about Gary air now!

John Jones didn’t give up on an annoying sound, and with persistence was able to rectify the issue 100%. Just called back now, and they honored my call back from an issue 6 months ago and made it right. I am extremely grateful and don’t have to sleep with the door closed!
