I had just arrived in Florida to learn that my AC unit was not working properly, so I called Gary Air and three hours later the problem was solved. I like to be educated about system issues and Tyler explained it well in layman’s terms. Tyler is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. If you want an honest assessment of your HVAC issue and fair pricing, I recommend calling Gary Air!

Total heat pump compressor replacement today. I can't say enough thank you's to Bob Thurber and his install crew on a job well done. On time, as promised and as quoted but most importantly Gary Air seems to care about customers. I'm a new customer and hope to be with them for a long time. Thank you so much.

Just had Tyler from Gary Air Conditioner checking why my air conditioner was not cooling. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. He was very polite and listen to me.
He is the one I will be requesting for my service call.

I’m a new customer. I just relocated to Florida. Gary’s was recommended to me. When I called to inquire about service plans, the woman I spoke with was very pleasant, patient, and helpful. Today I met Ed, who came out for my first preventative maintenance visit. Ed seemed to be very knowledgeable. He took time to explain some things about caring for my system and things I needed to know that are different when living in Florida. It’s early but, I feel like I made a good decision to use Gary’s.

Gary Air has been my go to AC company for many years! Here’s one reason why.. their service is awesome.
I had a FPL planned outage and it knew the fuse in my AC unit. Hot hot day 85+ called at 3 Pm and John was here at 5 and replaced the fuse.. I certainly appreciated such wonderful service especially that late in the day. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs in the Bradenton area.

We are very happy with the service we received from Gary Air with the installation of our new mini split air. The technicians that came out were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. In addition, they took all of the old parts and boxes. You wouldn’t know that they were here with the exception that now our new AC is working great.

Just an FYI
Our Air conditioner was leaking water on the floor so I called Gary Air.
Their tech not only came in and drained the air conditioning pan, cleaned out the pipes and added an additional pipes so that we can do routine maintenance on the pipe below the air conditioner to keep it clean so it doesn’t get clogged.

Just wanted to share with you so if any of the folks at Sunset Towers has an issue with the air conditioner, Gary Air is a good local company, that not only can fix it but they can also replace the air conditioners!
It’s my first time using Gary Air and I’m must say I’m pretty impressed with their work!

Johnny Jones and Marquez Simpson came today for our 6 month HVAC maintenance. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, they worked efficiently to check all three units. When they were finished they gave some extra tips about using plantings outside to shade our outdoor units and help extend their lifespan. Well done to the team at Gary Air! We’ve used them for years at two different homes and have never been disappointed.

Gary Air has serviced our home for more than 25 years. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Today’s service by Cliff was no different. He even helped change the filter for my 1972 mobile home, which is very difficult to reach in the floor of my closet.

Marquez was very professional, answered all my questions, and gave good tips on keeping things maintained better in the future. Great company, and always has provided excellent service with all service techs.

Paid for twice a year maintenance. Technician was friendly, and I feel spent a good amount of time at our home, which makes me believe he did a thorough job checking to make sure everything was cleaned and working properly.
