The hunt is finally over! I moved to Sarasota two years ago and have been through all the majors. A/C today, Cool today, Veterans etc. They all don't come close to comparing on knowledge and customer service. This group actually cares about what they do and there quality of work. Bryan is interested in getting it right instead of what up charges he can pass along to you. Give them a shot, You won't be sorry!

I highly recommend Cool Coast Heating and Cooling for all of your AC needs. We had them replace our two units, our ducts, our bathroom exhaust fans and re-do our whole air handler closet. Our contractor Ryan referred them to us. Bryan the owner explained everything in complete detail and was very attentive to our specific needs. He answered all questions and was very clear about the game plan with my home. Elton, Armando and Marshall came for install and they were all very friendly, professional and they treated my home with respect. Which I really appreciate. From start to finish it went smoothly and timely. They used drop cloths and also left my home very clean after they were finished. I cannot say enough great things about the whole process.

Well established family own business. I had a problem with my AC unit on third year of using it. Cool Coast assessed the situation, gave me a couple of choices, informing me well about the technical side of each choice. After that they honored my choice and gave me the best price for the repair to my satisfaction.

These guys are so great! Bryan (owner) and Elton (installer) were both fantastic. I have a high-end rental in Longboat and need to take great care of my renters. I had a water leak from my old AC unit that was causing dry wall/plaster damage in the living area and needed to be fixed promptly. I had another HVAC company come in to diagnose the issue and they told me everything looks fine. Ha! I was referred to Bryan by a friend and he was there within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. He gave me a great price on replacing both of my AC units and got the work done within days. Even when we encountered unforeseen water damage, Elton did a clean demo job and Bryan personally came out to the island with fans to dry everything out. They came back a couple days later when everything had dried out, they did a high quality installation job and they coordinated with another guy to have the drywall repaired. Communication was great and Elton sent lots of pics and videos, which I really appreciated as a remote owner. Could not have asked for higher quality service and equipment. I highly recommend these guys!

I highly recommend Cool Coast for all your heating and cooling needs! They are extremely responsive, reliable and professional. I called because my compressor unit failed and they sent a tech out the same day. When we determined it wasn’t worth putting more money into repairs on my 15 year old system. Bryan, the owner, personally came to my house and talked the details with me and gave me a couple different options on a new system. 2 days later the crew was here with my new system and got the installation completely quickly and professionally! They cleaned up after themselves and swept out my garage when they finished.

Had a very good experience dealing with this company when my York A/C stopped working. The service technician that came out, Joe, checked out the unit and discovered the problem. He always kept me informed of the progress and process under warranty. Owners of this company made sure that the trouble I was having with my York A/C they installed a year and a half ago was taken care of and they worked with the York representative to get me back up and running again. Installed my new whole house York Brand unit with excellent technicians that also paid attention to details during installation. I would give this company an excellent rating for customer service and satisfaction.

I called Cool Coast upon recommendation of a Neighbor. Only wish I had called them a year ago to install the new system. Hind sight.. but anyway they came right out.. diagnosed the problem and had me up and running within a short time.. It wasn't a permanent fix but they didn't leave me with out Cool or Heat while we waited for the replacement part ( for a 1 year old system??) Yes and thanks to their diligence it arrived sooner than expected.. had an issue installing it.. because previous one was installed in adequately ... dang.. but yes they stuck to it never leaving me guessing what was going on. Everything was explained and approved by me before they proceeded. Like I said.. I only wish I had hired them in the first place. I know I would have gotten a better unit for less.

I would give Cool Coast 6 stars if I could. When my old AC unit just wasn't keeping up a friend told me to call Brian at Cool Coast. Brian fit me into the schedule the next day. He explained everything to me in detail as he inspected my old unit. He then gave me a detailed and extremely competitive price quote on a new unit. No hidden fees. When I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the new unit with Cool Coast, Brian again fit me in the next day. Rich and Travis came out to install my new unit. They were very knowledgeable, and friendly, and treated me like family. I haven't experienced such great customer service from a company in years! That was the most smooth and fast experience to plan and install new HVAC system. Bryan as the Business owner spent his time explaining all the nitty-gritty phases of installation process. He gave the best among the competitors level of expertise regarding what to choose, why particular brand and technology should be used. And what is more important for me as a landlord to purchase price/performance best option on the market. And taking into considerations Air improvements and Energy efficiency solutions for tenants as well. Less operational friction and more return on investment into HVAC system.
Having 5 (and optional cheap 10 year) labor warranty is the killer feature here. I appreciate a lot knowledge and customer obsession from Cool Coast Staff.

Our AC system quit working , They sent someone out right away and they went above and beyond to get our AC back to blowing cold. We had a complete new AC system installed and you can really see when installers are great at their profession. I would Highly recommend Cool Coast heating &cooling. I recently had to have my entire breaker panel replaced for my homeowners insurance and was on a timeline to get it done. Ace electric were wonderful, the inspection and installation was done within a week. Ian and Riley were the electricians, they were professional, on time and very respectful of my property. Everything was left immaculate after they left. This is the second time I have used this company, I highly recommend them.
