We signed up for a service contract last year and have been impressed. Dan does a great job, always professional, on time, thorough, and clean. We will continue to ask for him each visit. Would recommend Dan and All American to others.

Can’t say enough about how great All American Heating & Cooling is and also our technician, Jesse. This is our third time using this company and we plan to continue to do so forever. Jesse was awesome! He called ahead, arrived exactly on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our A/C issue. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions and also to speak with our warranty company. This was after he had already put in a long hard day and came to our house late in the day because our air-conditioning went out and the company squeezed us into their already filled schedule. We, like most consumers, don’t know too much about air conditioners. Other companies tried to take advantage of us, but All American Heating & Cooling has always been honest and upfront. They are simply the best. Management, you are lucky to have an employee like Jesse working for you. Again, we just can’t say enough about this great company. We highly recommend them.

This was a very smooth experience - called in in the evening - technician was at our house next day am, came in on time as promised fixed the issue - and done. Clean and efficient. Guys have vaccumed after they finished work and have been very respective and polite. Explained other maintenance items to prolong life of the system.

We have been using All American for a couple years now based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They service our system twice a year, and do a great job. They are very thorough and honest. I would recommend.

July 23, 2019 update. As was the case on the previous service, the technician did a thorough, professional job performing the first service on my the A/C unit in my new house. After the service they ensure you have the full report of their findings. Excellent service at a good cost; and their technicians don't try to sell thing you don't need.

October 2018 - The technician did an outstanding job cleaning my mini-split A/C. I signed up for service with your company just this morning and the technician performed the cleaning the same afternoon. He did a thorough cleaning and was very professional. My subsequent service of both my A/C units was thorough and professionally done. Better than the previous company I used and the technician was there only to service my A/C, not sell me things.

Great products and very good pricing. Honest broker...gave me their best price for new AC unit and beat out my existing provider by hundreds of dollars. When I told my existing provider I was going with McCutcheon's, they then decided they could give me a lower price!! I don't do business that way, I like companies who are honest & give me their best price up front. So I now a very happy Sean McCutcheon's customer. Great maintenance plan too...cheaper than my old provider. I highly recommend.

Joseph was on time, courteous and answered all my questions. This was my second maintenance appointment with McCutcheon's and I will continue to use their services and recommend them to others.

Loren was the perfect professional. She took the time to explain to us in understandable terms what our AC problem was and plenty of good info to allow us to make a good decision.

Doug Taylor, service tech came for the bi-Annual service/tune up and did an excellent job. On time, clean and discussed his findings on both A/C units.

July 2023 - Fair price, quick, professional service.
They didn't have the same Bryan 16 SEER unit we wanted to replace but we're able to get a York 14 SEER installed within 3 days.its slightly louder that the previous unit but it's "cool".

On time, professional service performed by a friendly, informative technician all at a very reasonable price. Sean McCutcheon’s AC is not any of those things you dread about turning someone loose on a repair you know nothing about. I’ve used them three times and give them the highest recommendation possible for their reliability, reasonable price, expertise, and most important, their trustworthiness.

We purchased a new fully warranted AC system in October of 2014. Called McCutcheons today 7/17/2024, 10:18am as AC is not cooling but still under 10 years parts and labor warranty. Was told they no longer service Terra Ceia where I live. Their warranty dept is supposed to call back?? We sit here with no cooling? Not happy with the response so far. We have maintained the unit with monthly clean filters, monthly drain cleaning and annual cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils. Very disappointing!!!
