I frequently visit this place, Brian and Erica are both very pleasant while being proficient at what they do...they get you in, get you out and believe me, sometimes it gets pretty crowded and things can get hectic.

Two to three hours ti get unloaded, reasonably unloaded in a timely manner truckers be aware of unloading time be patient bring food vending machines available and restrooms available.

I had a terrible experience with what I’m assuming to be the General Manager, we are a growing company within our local community and have many years of experience within the industry. I recently visited the store and was confronted by an employee with a very distasteful attitude. The employee informed me that I wasn’t able you use the facilities/amenities because I do not sustain a high dollar account. The fashion in which he approached the situation was inappropriate and unprofessional. Also while writing this review I was curious to see what others were saying about the establishment, most of the good reviews were from years ago. I have many friends in the industry and I’ll be letting them know about the kind of customer service I experienced. Do better Ferguson.

Great Service! I had to cancel an early appointment because of a sudden emergency and they accommodated me at a later hour on the same day. The technician was very timely and very professional and courteous.

I am a longtime customer of All American and wouldn’t consider utilizing anyone else for heating or cooling needs. They are reliable, responsive and above all competent. I can always reach them also on weekends. Very satisfied customer.

Houston did an excellent job. He was prompt, knowledgeable & courteous. We were very happy to have the repair done so promptly.

Dan is an incredible technician. He’s very professional and caring. I always feel very confident after he checks all systems. All American is Incredible company.

Dan arrived on time. I took him through our house to point out the areas that felt warmer than other areas. He went up in our hot attic, found the problem and fixed it. He was here for 2 hours. We are very grateful. Dan was wonderful!

Huston did a nice job of servicing our a/c system. He was punctual and professional. We were satisfied with his knowledge and workmanship. He was also very personable!

Tech, Houston, was on time and explained everything thoroughly. I have a service contract with All American and I'm totally pleased with their level of professionalism and service. Most importantly, they keep my unit running flawlessly. Also, the office called me prior to Tech arrival to let me know he was on the way.

Dan came out this morning and replaced a capacitor on my a/c. He also corrected some electrical wiring that was wrong. Dan was very professional and took the extra time to explain to me what he repaired. I recommend All American for a/c service.

Dan gave us the most thorough checkup and cleaning that our Heating and A/C system has ever had. We were very pleased with the time and attention he gave our home, inside and outside, top to bottom. All American has always been good, but Dan was absolutely the BEST technician we've ever had.

It was a 6 months maintenance service on the system.
Have DISCONTINUED permanently using this A/C company, in summer 2024, not the same professional practices & staff with rude behaviour {either on the phone or in person} politics that should not interfere with services.
We were happy to hire someone else with new systems purchases & install.

A neighbor recommended All American Heating and Cooling, as they have used them for years. We are so happy they did! We have had few unsolved mysteries with our HVAC over the last year, and have spent thousands with another HVAC contractor attempting to get to the bottom of. All American listened when I called, sent a tenured tech out promptly, he went through all of the issues with me, was kind to my dogs, was quick to figure things out, explained what was going on in easy terms, and got things fixed. To top it off, they were unbelievably fair with their pricing! We will be using them going forward for all HVAC needs and highly recommend them!

I called them because they are listed as an authorized Trane AC service. After I initially talked to a very nice lady to direct my call, I waited for several minutes until the service department picked up. Without any introduction, a guy just asked in a very rude way "what's your last name". I then asked: "Who am I talking to, you just jumped on without introducing yourself". Then he simply hung up.
Maybe business is going very well for them and they don't need to provide good customer service, but I would not recommend working with a company that has that sort of person answering the phone and expect good service.
I called another Trane partner instead.

Outstanding service. We had water leaking from our furnace and called for service. Technician was here within 45 minutes, unclogged the unit, cleaned it out, and rewired the shut off sensor because the water in the drip pan should have shut the furnace down. We have an annual maintenance program with All American and can’t speak highly enough about the service we get.

Dan was knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. He took his time and explained every step. Found faulty component, pulled new part from his van, and repaired our a/c. Cycled and tested the a/c to ensure it was fixed. I signed up for a semiannual service plan to ensure longest life for this expensive a/c system. Super Satisfied & recommended.

Dan is a great ac service person, extensive knowledge and very thorough. All American as a whole is a professional organization, installs, service & attitude of the people are in my experience excellent. Highly recommend.
