After being 5 days without power due to hurricane Milton we finally go it back but our A/C unit stopped working. I contacted Pedro at 8PM and he responded within TWO minutes. He got me on the schedule right away and had my A/C up and running within two hours. Highly recommended, very friendly, very knowledgeable, fast responds and very efficient. I'll definitely ONLY be using him for any A/C issues I have in the future!

I called Pedro on a Sunday and told him I needed a new compressor. Monday morning he ordered it ( it wasn’t in stock ) and Tuesday at 9 a.m. he was at my door ready to install my new compressor. He was awesome. Efficient, knowledgeable, and meticulous he made sure it was working properly as he installed it. We never had a maintenance plan with any company, but Pedro proved his honesty to us, so we decided to sign up for a yearly maintenance plan.

I recently used HVA Heating & Air for an AC repair and was extremely impressed. They were very responsive to my needs and sent a technician a lot quicker than I expected. The technician, Pedro, arrived on time and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. He was very transparent and explained the repair required clearly. Work was completed efficiently. I appreciated their professionalism and awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

Last night at 2:30am our AC died and HVA had a technician out by 8:15am ready to diagnose the issue and complete all the repairs. The technician, Mario was professional, courteous, and respectful.
