I'm relatively new condo owner in Longboat Key. I've had routine biannual service and a new HVAC system installed after the 2024 storm season. Most recently Ken came out for routine service to the unit after the install. Ken is very polite and does a great job. I've had a very good experience with the company from the ladies (Laurel and Jeannie) who handle scheduling and accounting to all the technicians who have come to the property. The owner of the company came out to my condo when I had questions about my new system last year. I'm very happy with the level of service.

Colin was very knowledgeable about our ice machine. He was on time and completed the service in a timely manner. I would recommend him and this company.
