I would like to thank Modern Air for their quick response to my urgent service call. My air conditioning failed on Friday. I called Modern Air 7:30AM Saturday morning, got a call back at 8:30, technician arrived at 9:30, problem resolved by 10:30. My technician, Luigi was great with his analysis and resolving the problem. He also made recommendations to help avoid pending problems. Thanks Luigi and Modern Air.

Had the best and most polite tech install a new thermostat for me this afternoon!! Dylan was thorough and patient while showing me things and got my air working again!! Thank you Dylan and Modern Air!!

Modern Air have serviced our a/c for several years, they do a great job, they’re very responsive and great to deal with especially Laurel in the office.We needed an emergency call out when it stopped working overnight. Laurel, and Jeanie are so helpful in the office. Craig was my technician when my air suddenly stopped working. Laurel sent him right away, and he was excellent! He explained everything perfectly.
