There are far better companies out there. I'll be avoiding this one entirely. Instead of basic courtesy, I was met with dismissive behavior, which is unacceptable. If professionalism matters to you, look elsewhere.

If you are looking for a fair price, dependable work, and professional interaction this is your company. Our blower motor went out on our AC unit and they did everything to make the repair as quick and easy as possible. Anthony and Dustin, did an awesome job! They were polite, professional and answered our questions with ease, showing they are very knowledgeable in their job duties.

We did sign up for bi-annual maintenance but not sure we will use them again for any other service at these prices unfortunately.

Our service gentleman is always on-point, thorough, and efficient. He has certain things he does here every time, knows well how to do them, and does them with expertise and confidence. He also answers our questions and demonstrates how we should do certain tasks ourselves. And even further, he goes above and beyond if we ask him to do something additional while doing one of those tasks. Beyond all this, he is as nice and kind as it gets, so we look forward to his visits. (Lebon, Nathan)

They were very quick to answer the phones, Todd came out to our house and looked at our unit, gave us options, and no pressure sales! We decided for a new unit and the price was very good!!! They were quick in giving us the time to come out and install. They were on time, worked all day, and it was installed the same day! We are very happy with our new unit. It is quiet, blows hard, and now we can put our air temp on 78...saving us money!! Very professional company and respectable workers who installed!! I would highly recommend this company to all my friends!

Anthony announced when he was on his way, showed up on time, checked where he needed to check, maintained where he needed to maintain, and summarized about the condition of several components. Super quick scheduling for a free estimate - they were able and willing to be out the same day as the request was made. Clear communication from both scheduling and the team member who came out for the estimate, Nathan. Very helpful and very efficient experience to get an estimate on a new system!

Great first experience with Big Bear! We received a mailer and happened to be looking for an AC company for annual maintenance, as small business owners ourselves we like to support other small businesses so we gave them a call. The tech was actually early, professional and friendly, so we'll be setting up our next maintenance appointment with them. (I have to admit the inclusion of the owners' dog in the ad photo was a plus for us as well : )

We have a maintenance contract with this company and visit was for maintenance. We noticed a small leak inside where the air filter is and Hunter did not give up on finding where the leak was coming from. He thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned our condensation line and was here well over an hour. Excellent service. We will continue to use Big Bear for our HVAC needs.

Our AC decided to croak on a hot Sunday morning, and we were desperate to get it fixed, and FAST. Luckily, we found Big Bear AC, and Dylan came out quickly (even on a weekend!) to help.

Dylan was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what to do. He quickly diagnosed the failed outside compressor, and surprised us by saying he could replace the AC within two days.

The installation process was smooth, and Dylan and his team-mate Hunter made sure everything was working perfectly. They worked hard to get the job done promptly, and even gave us some helpful tips on AC maintenance.
