I called them today, as I was not pleased with a quote by a competitor. They responded by sending a technician 3-4 hours later and I’m getting a new AC system later this week at a far better price. They also communicated much better than the competition.

Nathan was quick to get here, very polite and knowledgeable.
Solved our problem fast and had a plan in place. Very happy with Nathan. Can't speak of the quality or value as we are waiting on a part and for the house to cool off.

I called this morning to say the unit was not working again and Airrific had someone over within the hour with our part to fix the unit. We are both so please with these two young men and their competence and knowledge. William did not talk down to me and I found that refreshing as a woman. We are switching over to Airrific from another company that we just signed with. So far 10 stars!!

Nathan was prompt and efficient. Answered my questions clearly. I like trusting people who work on our home and that is definitely the case with Nathan.

Our air went out at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. I called Airrific, our go to a/c company, and within one hour Nathan showed up! We love this guy. He's super cool, knowledgeable, honest, respectful, I could go on and on. Our air got fixed, I wanted to invite him for dinner but he had other plans!
Thank you Airrific (and thank you Vincent for answering the phone.). Come over for dinner!

I’m a new customer but so far my interactions have been fantastic. I dealt with both Anthony and Tony and they were outstanding, explaining everything along the way. I just had a very, very good experience with Airrific on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend. Our air conditioner was acting up and I called on a Sunday and left a message. I received a callback early Monday morning to advise that someone could be there as the first appointment of the morning. Will, the technician, was early and proceeded to troubleshoot the situation all the while talking me through the steps he was taking. He gave me his diagnosis of the situation and indicated that at least one part replacement was required. He indicated that the parts distributor would not be open until the next day, Tuesday. He did, however, locate a used replacement part in this truck and installed it. It got the system up and running and we were spared any inconvenience from the heat. He said there would be some options to consider and that I would get a call back on Tuesday morning.
As promised, I received a call back from Todd, the owner, on Tuesday morning, who clearly outlined three possible solutions. They ranged from replacement of the part to re-placement of two parts of better quality for slightly more, and possibly giving consideration to replacing the entire unit, which he would do at a discount. The installation would also include, at no extra cost, a modification to the duct system which would ensure greater efficiency and a reduced chance of problems down the road.
I told him I was grateful for the thorough explanation and discussion of my current and future system needs. Additionally, I told Todd that Will was very professional and thoroughly informative during his visit and that I appreciated it very much.
Long story short, I am writing this review to let everyone know that it is a good feeling to know that Airrific is taking care of my air-conditioning needs. I highly recommend them for installation and all maintenance needs.

Nathan does a great job. He explains what needs to be done to prevent future problems. My only concern is he wore footwear rather than booties that others do. The day of his last visit was raining which brought dirt and grass into our home. We did not say anything to Nathan b/c he’s such a great personality.

Our experience with Airrific was stress free. Nathan arrived within 3 hours of our phone call of distress on a Friday and worked dilagently for a couple of hours to fix our problem. He was a life saver. Many thanks for the care and attention we were given just before what could have been a very "hot" weekend.

I was not at home during the new A/C installation. The installation was done in a timely manner and on the day when they said it would be done. All of the old unit and trash was removed and the area was clean. Overall I am very pleased with Airrific. Only 2 things I could find wrong was one sliding door was left open to the lanai and two of the breakers that were turned off were not turned back on. I would definitely recommend this company.

They got to house the next day. He located my problem. That was beneficial to me because I was freezing in my house .Been with them for a lot of years. I would recommend them to everyone.

Avoid this company. The owner is degrading, belittling, and completely unprofessional. He is argumentative, dismissive, and refuses to listen to concerns. This is poor leadership, plain and simple, and not a business I would ever recommend.
