I called them at 730pm on a Sunday night. Ac stopped working. I initially called to set up an appt for Monday afternoon but Pedro said he was going to a call nearby so he would be able to stop by afterwards. He showed up little after 10pm. Got our ac running properly for a fair price ON A SUNDAY NIGHT! Now THAT is service! I HIGHLY recommend them 👌

Our newer (16 month old) A/C compressor went out late Friday. We had the company that installed it give us a $2,000 quote for labor and a week to get the part and repair. We called HVA and they found the part and had it installed within 24 hours at HALF the cost! We Highly recommend!

HVA Heating & Air LLC did a wonderful job installing 2 mini split units. Pedro was very professional and informative. He explained how to care for the units and what to expect. The team was also very clean and they got the job done fast. I'll definitely be calling them again for my A/C needs.

After having numerous HVAC technicians out with none able to address the issue in our new build, Pedro with HVA came out and listened to my concerns, quickly identified issues, and repaired them affordably. They are always quick to respond and are honest about repair options and costs up front. I will not let anyone else service our AC.

The tech came and checked out the a/c unit, cleaned the drain and outside unit as well. Explained all was well and did so that we could understand it and did it very well.

I cannot commend and thank Pedro enough. Woke up the day before a major hurricane (today), to my house not cooling. Called Pedro and within minutes of giving him my unit info he called me back with options. The part needed was an hour and a half away - instead of just telling me he could get the part shipped next week, he sent one of his guys to grab the part while he came to my house to verify the issue and start working on what needed to be done to replace the part, get the unit up and functioning prior to this hurricane. He went above and beyond - was at my house less than an hour after our initial call, worked through the first rain bands, checked EVERYTHING for me, cleared my drain line, and set me up on an absolutely wonderful, affordable maintenance plan. Pedro was an absolute godsend today and I look forward to having him and his team keep my house cool for years to come!!! He was so polite, and even dealt with my puppy who just wanted to play with him anytime he walked by. I cannot say enough good things, truly! Thank you, Pedro and HVA!
