Jon has been my AC person for years. My air conditioner quit on a Friday night and my wife was NOT happy. Jon saved the day and has been the Man ever since. Honest and professional are traits that you look for in a service, and the Cooling Company have both!

Prompt and professional service. The cooling company was the only company out of the 10 we called to come over at 2130, diagnose the problem, and return the next day to install our failed compressor. He even researched our warranty information and got a brand new compressor for free under warranty!!! We will not use anyone else from this point forward.

We have been having issues with our 3yo unit put in by another company. Never could get them to come out to service it etc.. We called Jonathan and they came out the same week and called when he was on his way. He was so very helpful and answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend him!

Omg I left home to come back to my air-conditioning being off. My house was Slave Hot lol! The company that I have been dealing with for over 10 yrs don't answer their phones until the next day! Really. I google and read the reviews and called the Cooling Company. He is outstanding, has always diagnosed any problems we have had and fixed them at a reasonable price. We rarely make referrals to other companies but The Cooling Company is the exception.
