All American Heating and Cooling stands out as a great call for those in need of heating and cooling services.
Things got off to a great start from the time we dialed their number. All-American was exceptionally courteous and helpful on the phone. Their office staff is great. They had staff ready and available to help us right away. There was no waiting for call backs, as is often the case with other companies. Bob was punctual and friendly. Best of all, he was great at diagnosing our situation and explaining all of our options. We never felt like we were being pushed into choosing the most expensive solution. I’m so happy we called All-American Heating & AC and highly recommend them.

We just had a new AC system installed today, and everything went so well that I felt the need to share some positive feedback. Our previous system was about 11 years old and dying. We actually had All American come out to do an emergency service call a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon and they were fast and very reasonably priced for that after hours work. But while they got the immediate problem fixed, we knew it was only a matter of time before major repairs would be needed and it would be more cost effective just to replace the whole thing.

The sales guy (Bob) was great and very friendly, explaining everything clearly, etc. and put together a good package for us based on our needs. Not only would they replace the AC, but also fix a lot of the problems we had from when the house was initially built (drain line, filter placement, etc.) that had been annoying us for years. The price quoted for all of the work seemed very reasonable and we got it scheduled right away.

Today was the day of install and the three installers showed up on time (actually a little bit early) and got right to work. All three were extremely professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, etc. and got everything taken care of quickly and properly. Everything we had ordered was installed, all the custom add-on work was done perfectly and they cleaned everything up after they were done. Definitely top notch service. Whenever I've had to get major home repairs done, I'm always a bit apprehensive about the process, but the experience from start to finish was perfect and the new AC system is great and we're happy not to have to worry every day that it is going to suddenly stop working.

So suffice it to say, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were so delighted when we found out that Dan would again be servicing our systems this season.
As you know, he is our chosen technician. The many year 2020 issues we had have completely gone away since Dan has performed all the preventative maintenance work.(save May 2022 when Dan out for back surgery and Steve did our systems).

Dan from all American heating was here this morning and did some minor work on my condensing unit and it works perfect. He was very cordial and I really like working with all American heating and cooling they have serviced my house for 10 years

We have an annual contract and have always had a good experience with the regular maintenance appointment. We had a problem with water leaking into the garage from the a/c this week and they were able to get someone out to us the same day and fix the issue and it didn’t cost us an arm and a leg! We were so happy.

All American has been servicing our a/c units 29 years. They are punctual, professional, helpful and fair in pricing. Today's service was pre-paid maintenance. Duke was our technician. He was ahead of scheduled time, as I had requested. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would happily refer any family or friends to this company.

Tech arrived promptly, identified and corrected the problem (despite pouring rain). He explained the cause of the failure and took the time to ensure we were comfortable with the service.

I have used All American since 2011 when I first purchased two Trane A/C systems for my new home in Bradenton. I just replaced those units in Dec 2023, using their maintenance agreements in between. This privately owned company has given us excellent service throughout the years. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dean and Jesse have always help with any issue I have had. I appreciate talking to someone when I call. Technicians are sent out quickly, not waiting for days and on time. Thank you, Dean, for fixing my humidity problem. We are comfortable and cool again.

Hayden, tech services was friendly, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. All in all, an excellent representative of All American and a solid technician. We will request his services again.

American has installed all of our equipment and done our percision tuneups for the past 20 years. We have had Steven- 368 on three occasions.Once on the phone to resolve an issue, and twice as our technician for our precision tuneups. He is knowlegable, concise and the best, most thorough technician we have had to date. I would like to request that he be our technician in the future for any service we may require if that is possible. Dan just performed our 6 month maintenance and did an outstanding job. Personable and great attention to detail.

I rarely leave reviews , but I feel my recent experience needs to be shared.
I bought an AC unit in May 2015 and All American has been providing service every 6 months via their annual contract since then.
I recently had cooling issues and the tech added coolant, and informed me that there was an electronic part that needed to be replaced, I was quoted a price in $900-$1,000 range. After speaking with the owner I decieded to approve the replacement part. The A/C was working great in the 2 weeks or so from the initial service call. I recieved a call letting me know the part was in, and an appointment was scheduled. When Brian the tech showed up he performed tests and checked the system. Upon completion of his examination, he infomed me that the expensive part that I had previosly approved didn't need to be replaced after all.
What a refreshing, and welcome surprise that was. In my experience that level of integrity and honesty is rarely seen in todays enviornment. I would unequivocally recomend All American to everyone I know.
When the time comes to replace my current A/C unit I will be choosing All American Heating & Cooling.

Our air conditioner stopped working at 7p.m. On a Saturday night. We called All American and they returned our call and fixed the a/c. We didn’t have a maintenance contract with them. We called our company and they would only come on Monday. We now have a contract with All American.
