I have never in my life ever experienced customer service so horrible in my life. We had a new unit installed at the work looks like a 5 year old did it, also they were at our home from about 8am to almost 7:30pm at night struggling to install the unit as if they were completely untrained. Manatee County hardly passed out inspection and told us to have Veterans come back to fix multiple issues. One month after the unit was installed it went down in the middle of the night that was on 7/15. We had a tech come to the house and he took pictures of the work that needed to be redone not to mention the soffit damage and multiple missed tapcon holes that need to be fillled. Since then we have called multiple times only to be ignored. They even said that would be passing this on to the ownership to get this resolved and we still are being ignored. I regret ever spending my hard earned money on a company that treats people like the way they have treated us. I will now be out of pocket having the damages to our home repaired sadly. I also attached phone records that we submitted the photos to them. 90% of the issues are outside of the home they could come by anytime to fix. We are just flat out being ignored.

Peter G. was very easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing so we would understand. Gave us the best price he could. Was very efficient with his work. Did a great job all around.

I’m extremely disappointed with this plumbing company. The technician came out, briefly looked at my bathroom and the septic tank, and basically said “it could be either one” without giving a clear diagnosis. There was no real troubleshooting or effort to pinpoint the actual issue.

What really frustrated me was that he wanted to charge me over $400 for a service he wasn’t even sure would fix the problem. Paying that much for a guess doesn’t sit right with me. I understand plumbing issues can be complex, but I expected a more thorough inspection and some level of confidence before being asked to spend that kind of money.

To make matters worse, I later received an invoice receipt that I never signed — yet my signature was somehow on it. I did not authorize or sign anything, so seeing my name attached to a signature I didn’t provide is extremely concerning and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this company if you’re looking for someone who will properly diagnose the issue before charging you a large amount. Definitely getting a second opinion.

Had our second biannual maintenance visit for our Trane AC unit installed by VA a little over three years ago. The tech, Jim Piatt, was excellent. Explained everything clearly and we were pleased to learn that all is in top shape. The only thing he changed out was a pan treatment pad.

Very happy with the installation crew. Took down the old system and installed the new in about 6 or 7 hours. Everything seems to be working perfectly.

I needed to replace my 30 year old A/C unit (never had to purchase one before). I called and they sent Zach over the same day. He was great, showed me what was available that would work for the size of my home yet within my budget. The install was quickly scheduled. The day of the install Dalton and his team showed up on time and had the whole unit installed within hours (I thought it was going to take all day). They were so clean, covering the floors where they were coming in and out you would never know I just had a A/C unit installed. Dalton even helped me get set up with the smart thermostat (never had one before). I highly recommend Veteran Air!

We recently moved into a new home that needed quite a bit of work, including a complete renovation of our kitchen island. We installed a new cabinet and sink ourselves, but after finishing the setup, we noticed a leak that we just could not fix no matter how many times we tried over the past couple of days.
Finally, we decided to call Veteran Air for plumbing services, and I am so glad we did. After the initial call, we received a call from one of their technicians, Denver Barney, within minutes and he arrived at our home within 30 minutes. I was beyond happy to receive such rapid assistance.
Denver was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient. What stood out most was that he walked me through everything he was doing and provided education throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood the issue, how it was resolved, and what to look out for moving forward. That level of transparency and care meant a lot to us.

This was my first time that I called Veteran Air for a sewer issue in my property. I was blessed that Cameron and Matt showed up and are top of the line professionals. From the first time that they arrived to my property to the moment that they left, I was informed about each detail and next step. I am truly grateful about their professionalism and commitment to provide an excellent customer service despite of the uncomfortable situation due to the sewer issue. In my opinion, the price was somewhat high, but I feel confident on how the issue was addressed and solved.

Casy at Veterans Air did an amazing job in replacing my service panel. The original call was for adding a generator switch, but after looking at existing service panel he suggested having a larger one installed. While he was here, he inspected my house wiring and showed me that the grounding system wasn't up to code, and also suggested a whole house surge protector. That man is a dedicated and hardworking individual. He was here at my house for 12 hours to ensure it was completed. I appreciate his hard work.
