I had some issues with Air Now. When I contacted them they were very responsive. I really appreciated the call back. The work they did was super. They left my home immaculate after replacing ALL my AC Duct Work while I was out of town. Several value added items at no cost. Price was fair. Knowledge was VERY good.

I recently had the opportunity to use Airnow for HVAC replacement on 12-24-25 Overall, I found Brandon and his team to be top notch. The technicians were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable, ensuring that the work was completed efficiently.

The attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out.

We really liked these guys. They had given us a second opinion about our ductwork. First one was that we needed to completely replace our ducts for about $50, 000 because they can’t be cleaned. Air Now came out and said, oh yes, we will clean them…and if we had to replace, it would be a fraction of that! The guys were friendly and professional. We highly recommend them.

Joy is very knowledgeable about the AC system it seems. She explains the operating system in a way that a client can understand it.
Also, I think she is very good in sales. Thank you. Techs both did a good job.

Everything went well with the installation of our LG system. Their installers did a very good job and were careful to keep the work area clean by covering the floor areas where they were working. Any problem which occurred after installation was handled soon afterwards by a trained technician.

We thought we were having a problem with our heating/air conditioner. We were wrong> CHRIS came to the house and explained our system to us. He advised us there was nothing mechanically wrong. He was kind and considerate and put our minds at ease.as Its been a long time since we have had such a wonderful representative from a company to help us!!! The three guys arrived at 7am, and worked non-stop to get us in business. This was a major install and upgrade. Chris communicated with me from the very start, and throughout the day. Excellent feedback on what was happening, throughout. I'm really glad we went with a family owned business--the personalized service was obvious! Highly recommend AirNow!

Kyle was incredible. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he shared his knowledge in easy to understand terms. He replaced my fan motor and was able to detect a leaky part near the coil, which was the culprit for my air conditioning having extremely low pressure. After resolving the problem with very little heart ache or headache on my end, he made sure that the unit was clean and running up to his extremely high standards. You should ask for him by name.

Last month, technician Jarrett Weaver came out to perform a routine inspection of our York system which AirNow installed in 2024. Like everyone at AirNow, Jarrett was great to talk with and was very thorough in his maintenance and testing of our unit to ensure top performance. Thank you for the great work Jarrett!

Being from a family of air conditioning technicians, I have been impressed with the maintenance service provided by AirNow which is a good value for comfort assurance. Our ten year old HVAC is on it's last leg. We called AirNow because they did a great job of maintenance this past summer. A rodent got in and made a racket. Chris Whitney came to serve. What a great guy guy. Professional, personable and extremely helpful. We ordered a new unit. It was installed the next day. The team was great. Came early and completed the installation in about six hours. They were courteous and professional. The LG 2.5 ton HVAc unit is extremely efficient, and almost silent. We love the 12 year warranty. AirNow is a great company. I highly recommend them.

Replaced my 12 year old system with a new LG heat pump eliminating the gas connection. Had three quotes but negotiated with AirNow for the higher end LG unit. Everyone we delt with was good. Our quote was prepared by a previous serviceman which made it easier to answer technical questions which I had lots. Once the decision was made to select AirNow to complete our conversion, they quickly showed up with a crew of three techs for the removal/install. I enjoyed my day watching the whole job. Done by 4PM and we were running. Things are a little different with a heat pump vs a gas furnace and a/c coil. LG provides a new thermoset which is proprietary to their line of products, it is happy to talk to an other LG smart product if I had any. I will miss my Nest thermostat as I was familiar with it. However, I did wake up to a cold shower this morning as our hot water tank shut down during the install. I did try to restart but it didn't co-operate and i gave a call to AirNow for help. They were there (its December 24th) in about 15 minutes and the problem was resolved quickly with some reading of the instructions for a relight on the side of the tank. Thanks guys you have my appreciation and I do give you a good rating.

Justin was our service tech and his work is diligent, thorough,neat, perfect. He communicates very well and answers all questions and concerns professionally!!! Today, Air Now sent Joy to come out to do a maintenance check on our AC system. What an awesome and friendly person! Very professional and very knowledgeable regarding air filteration and what it takes to cleanse an AC system to improve the overall quality and efficiency of our breathable air. She explained thoroughly what she was going to do and did a thorough job in getting things done. We were very pleased with Joy’s work and would highly recommend her.

Joanny has been helping us with our a/c unit for two years. He is patient, listens, and is thorough when he diagnoses and problem solves. Despite several issues with our system since it was installed, having a consistent and caring set of eyes has been a relief.

Daniel is by far the best technical mind in the ac industry. He is without a doubt a genius. He did a thorough investigation into my problem and fixed it on the spot. Air Now is simply the best company in our area. Their process is super easy and their follow up is unmatched. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My HVAC system stopped working last night. I called Air Now about 8 this morning. They were very responsive to my service request and had a technician at my house this afternoon! The technician (Justin) was very efficient and knowledgeable. He diagnosed what appears to be a complicated problem with my system. He got the issue resolved quickly and provided a detailed report explaining what was required to repair it.

This review includes climate control specialist (Chris Whitney) and installation technician (Bailen McVey). Both services were excellent. These guys & their teams were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. 2-3 years ago I would not have recommended the company but I do now. Give them a call.

We were extremely satisfied with Jeff and Jeffrey with the Air Conditioner units and handlers that they installed for us. They did a fantastic job and they should be commended for their kindness their professionalism and just the courtesy that they gave us. I would never hesitate recommending them to everyone they are fantastic and I am so glad we were lucky enough to get them to do our insulations.

Received great service from Brandon, Hector, and Neyvar. They were very professional and replaced my HVAC unit efficiently. They also answered all my questions and they swept out the garage and driveway after completing their work which was a nice plus as I was not expecting clean floors. They also ensured all the joints and connections were sealed.
