5/5 updated 20aug2025 for our new AC. It's not functioning (updated from 1/5). Issues resolved. I had a new AC installed Saturday 16Aug and have yet to reach a temperature below 76 and a humiditybelow 70. I can't sleep at my house. Me and my significant other, who is a cancer survivor, are unable to stay there because of our allergies. Additionally the previous AC was able to go down to 67 degrees.

5/5 Rocky was our tech. He was detailed, professional, and highly proficient. I signed up for a maintenance plan. Great service. Update 27Jun2025 and again on 17Aug2025. Rocky here again and everything went great. He explained every detail of the maintenance and my options. I will always use him! Highly recommend Rocky. He even loves my labrador!

5/5 Daniel was here 18Aug2025 and again 19Aug2025...updated some things to try to get the AC to function. He checked the unit and caucked a few things. He's efficient pleasant and professional. He checked the duct work and adjusted the blower. Unit is functioning better now! We'll see how tonight goes!

AC unit today and like always their expertise and customer service skills are amazing. Updated our system so that we have the latest technology. It's why we have been with Air Now over 25 years.

We had Phil Dion out to do scheduled maintenance on our condos HVAC system which we knew was coming close to end of life. He did a extremely thorough inspection of our unit part of which is on the roof of the building, this included photos of the problem areas as well. Unfortunately our unit needed to be replaced sooner than later. Phil built us a replacement offering using the the latest and best HVAC tech and coordinated with his office to provide a competitive price. the turnkey solution price even included the cost of the crane to lift the unit to the 4th floor. The install will happen right after the thanksgiving holiday. We are satisfied that we got a good deal from AirNow and plan to keep them as our HVAC service moving forward.

Jesse Piper was an awesome technician, he was polite, kind , courteous, and efficient.
He even got us a lower price than initially quoted, honesty is hard to find these days, so when you stumble upon it, be grateful. Thank you Jesse Piper for a job well done😊 👏👏👏👏. YOU DESERVE A RAISE ✔️✔️

This was simply a routine AC warranty preventative maintenance inspection, yet Jarett was incredibly detailed, professional, and personable. I was very impressed with his technical knowledge, customer service skills, and ability to multi-task by patiently answering my annoying questions while he carefully inspected every part of my HVAC system for corrosion and wear and tear. Jarett obviously has a true passion for the trade, loves to educate his customers, and is clearly on a career trajectory of upper management. Thank you for the amazing service, AirNow!

Kyle May, service technician for AirNow, arrived timely on the day requested. Whereas our unit was less than a month old I had serious concerns that the problems we reported were due to a defective thermostat. Kyle listened to the problems we had experienced and patiently explained what he would undertake to resolve the problems. His explanations and approached demonstrated a high technical understanding of the complexity of the new LG brand of A/C units being installed in homes. Kyle, after conducting many test, determined there were two separate issues and reconciled both. We were very satisfied with his professional approach.

I think your service tech did a good job. My problem is I pay 360.00 a year for 2 service calls for maintenance. But then it seems like everything you want to do is and add on charge
Clean a drain line $59.00, clean a pan $59.00. I understand charging for an air filter, but maintenance is the cleaning of things. In the last two service trips, besides the 360.00 dollars, I have been charged almost $500.00 extra and my unit is 2 years old. Plus I paid for a ten year parts and labor warranty when I purchased unit

The service technician was very courteous and professional explaining the problem with the air handler purchased in 2022. There were 3 issues with the unit, the drain pipe was clogged, a switch of some sort and a light bulb used for removing bacteria. All issues were fixed. My son who arrived this morning called to let me know the cooling system was not working and called your company who installed the unit. I spoke with the technician who explained everything in detail. Great employee, He did a great job but again the service was overpriced. I did sign up for the maintenance plan but I am having second thoughts. So I gave 5 stars for the technician and 1 star for the price.

Thomas Caspari is a very professional technician. He was very informative and detailed troubleshooting system! He found leaks and issues in 20 minutes with his spray bottle leak detector. Not hours with high dollar leak detector!!!!!!! Very impressed with Air Now technicians today. Hope and have no doubt installers tomorrow will keep me at ease!
Yesterday was install. Technicians Doug Smith and Clayton Hoffman were excellent. Very courteous, clean, and professional. I am very happy with the end results. Such a neat and professional looking finished install. Definitely take pride in their jobs!! Very recommended!!

Had new system installed by Corey and team and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Great service from the sales person Chris to the installers. Smart, honest , great company to deal with. Not only installed totally new system but fixed duct in guest room and vented to an enclosed lanai.

AirNow is the place for good AC maintenance. And technician Justin Storey is the man to get. Thorough, courteous, timely, offered suggestions for maintenance to consider without demanding, took care of small cleaning details that came up that I was not aware of. Thorough explanation of everything at the end of the appointment. Patient with questions. An overall perfect experience and I would request Mr Storey the next time I need maintenance. He’s a valuable asset to AirNow.

More than disappointing to say the least. Technician Darin came to our home. Our unit was frozen. Darin did fix the unit however not telling us it was to small for our home and the duct work only blew in one room.
So the “owner” came only apologizing then offered us a solution tried to talk us into 5 wall units at 9k not including the almost 4k we spent unfreezing the unit. Besides we also needed new duct work as was told by SECOND tech after we complained that the unit still wasn’t blowing. Youre job is to evaluate the overall job not what youre just looking at. You are the tech! Needless to say we went with a different company for the duct work.
DO NOT recommend at ALL!!

Justin was on time, quickly assessed the situation, explained his plan to resolve the problem, and then provided the options for pricing and payment. Once I made my decision he completed the job quickly, made sure everything was working and provided me with his contact information if there were any issues. While he was working he made suggestions for how to get the most value from the system by extending the service life of the appliance. It was very obvious that he is a customer focused service provider with your satisfaction as his primary goal. Thanks Justin!

Mat was our installer and Miguel was his trainee. I must say they both were very professional and respectful of our property. They placed covering over the entire floor from front door to the work area. I was impressed with the workmanship Mat did during the installation. He was very meticulous and was detailed oriented. He made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Mat as master class installer. Also, kudos to Danny Wilson, who came by several times to ensure the install was going ok. If your looking for an honest, fair price, quality ac, call air now.

Joy was so nice and did not talk down to me and answered my questions. Worked fast and cleaned up after the job. Would like her every time I need service. She and Ashley do Air 1 proud.

We’ve been using Air Now for about six years. They replaced three full air-conditioning units in our home and we have continued to use them for maintenance. Recently Jarett came for the bi annual maintenance. He was polite, knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable and confident having him in my home and inspecting our units. I will definitely request him next time we are due for maintenance.
