Vincent from AC Today is always awesome! Polite, efficient, & knowledgeable. Doesn’t try to upsell you anything. Tells you what is needed (if anything) and how it will impact your hvac system if not replaced asap. Goes about the routine maintenance inspection and then has you do a visual inspection of everything before he closes everything up, which I like very much. Not many firms or techs do that. We've had Wentzell heating and air for our ac maintenance for several years. When we were told that we would need a new unit, we weren't surprised. We were quoted a great price by Robin, and it was scheduled and installed within 72 hours. The installer Jesus was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He worked by himself, continuously for 6 hours with a small break to scarf down a sandwich. He placed drop clothes all over his work area and even offered to sweep the floor after he was finished. He is definitely an asset for this company. Keep up the great work guys!!

Unit was making noise. Called Wentzel's. They came out immediately. Found the blower motor was bad (after 6 years). Honored the manufacturer's warranty and replaced the motor. They had to order the motor from the manufacturer. They came out late on a Thursday - had the motor in on Monday. Straight forward, fair, skilled and customer centered. Excellent Service.

Blake And Hunter came yesterday from Wentzel to replace my HVAC. It took them 4 hours. They worked nonstop, were very organized and cleaned up everything before they left. I was very impressed. The way that presented themselves says a lot about using Wentzel for any heating or AC needs. Don’t know if they are competitive with pricing, but they are 5 star in terms of service.

We've been a Wentzel's customer nearly 15 years, they've always been the most affordable highest quality, and best people to work with. From new conventional HVAC installs, service, spray foam, and now looking to have mini splits installed, Billy Martin who has been the advisor estimator for all our jobs and confident it'll get done right.

Current Wentzel's customer, first appointment on maintenance program. Frank was personable and professional. He is knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. He identified issues that I suspected and addressed how to rectify. Office staff is friendly and responsive.
