As always Dale is a an expert in his profession. He helped out at another property on siesta key from the hurricanes and he did a great job out there too. All their techs are well trained and courteous. Their office staff is also one of the best I’ve dealt with. I called in yesterday about this repair and they were here within 24 hours. Great service.

Heat went out and Tyrone was able to get to us within a few hours and fix our problem. Tyrone was very efficient and friendly.

Broc did a great job. Very Professional and polite.

Disappointed to hear that I now have to have a tech come out to work on it since my unit is only one year-old.

I contacted Wenzel’s regarding the removal of an old oil tank. Estimate was done the next day and communication from the office on scheduling was very efficient. Happy to have the oil tank off my property.

Have the maintenance program. Tim was out today. He was fantastic. Very happy with the program and would recommend Wentzels unconditionally for any of your air conditioning needs.

Had another issue with the unit failing overnight. Kyle came out the next day and within 5 minutes had the unit running again. He was one of the most professional technicians I've ever experienced and just a tremendous ambassador for Wentzels. They are hands down. Hunter and his teammate did a fantastic and timely job replacing the ductwork at my home. They were polite and efficient, even vacuumed up the loose insulation inside my house!

Dale came to assess my unit. He was extremely professional and honest. He went over everything he found and suggested repairs. Provided a fair quote for repairs vs. new unit.

It was such a pleasure working with them! Came right out and gave an estimate on a mini split and was able to get it installed shortly after. Great communication, prodict and service. Highly recommend!

Adams did our 2 systems maintenance today. He is a good, honest man, explained things well. Does a good thorough job to help us save money/inconvenience in the long run.

Dale came on an emergency basis tonight as my air conditioning was not working and it was over 90° in my house! He diagnosed the problem right away. He also came very close to when he said he would be here probably slightly early and did a terrific job of making do by cutting down a filter so it would work in my existing system. He also got the Compressor working fairly quickly and actually waited an extra five minutes to make sure everything was working properly.

I have used a few companies in the past and have never had one with this level of professionalism. The staff is compassionate and will work with you to find a resolution. Highly recommend. Tyrone is definitely an asset to the company.

Alex was my technician & he was excellent, very professional & knowledgeable. He explained everything & helped me with the Nest thermostat settings & filters that needed to be changed. Also showed up on time & did a thorough job very efficiently. I thought the cost was reasonable but after all the work he did I feel it was really a great deal. I will definitely recommend!

Daniel is the best technician that has lots of experience with mini splits.Clean pleasant and strives to make sure everything is working properly. In my eyes Daniel is an amazing technician. All servicemen were experts, and knew exactly what it needed to be done. All equipment and finished work was professionally installed, and I am very happy with the end result. All old and previous installed equipment was removed in a timely manner and removed from the property.
