AC Today came to the rescue at 5pm on a Friday night when I contacted them that my system was backed up. The serviceman arrived in 30 minutes resolved the issue, cleaned up everything and put things he had moved back. He pointed out everything that needed to be done along the way. He was pleasant. I have used AC Today recently for both personal residential AND for commercial properties I manage; I cannot compliment Melissa and her staff enough. When my AC went out at home Edwin was on time and had my AC working within an hour. He made sure I knew what was happening the whole time and very important for a female at home alone, I never felt uncomfortable in the slightest. He was friendly and professional the entire time. When I needed a repair for a tenant Mellissa went above and beyond to get the parts needed as fast as possible and priced the repair fairly and the work was top notch! 10/11/25 Service Update
Once again, we were very happy with Joe from AC today. He quickly identified the issue, got the system up and running, and made several improvements to help ensure smooth, problem-free operation moving forward. He also updated the UV light unit to help prevent the formation of bio-slime and reduce the risk of future drain clog issues.

Update as of 7/30/25 – We used AC Today again for another office AC unit and, as usual, had outstanding service! Joe was punctual, quickly diagnosed the issue, checked the warranty status, and got the part ordered without delay. We are once again over the moon with the exceptional service and couldn’t be happier!

Very rude company. Both employees I spoke to had an attitude and were not helpful at all. We also got something ‘fixed’ by them but a couple months later was broken again. They only gave a 30 day warranty period, and wouldn’t offer any assistance.

Exceptional experience with AC Today. The entire team exceeded expectations. Howdy and Melissa responded so quickly on the phones with clear communication as to what to expect as the day progressed. They were able to schedule me same day, as my AC unit was not working. Exceptional communication continued as my technician, Joe S, texted and called me prior to arrival. He was on time, knowledgeable, and effective. I have cold AC again and it feels great inside of my home. This is genuinely the best customer service that I have had in a long time.

HORRIBLE!!! Use this company if you want to sweat all night while they're happily lying in their beds. Installed my AC units 5 months ago. They do not have after hours techs as advertised. I have had to call for service twice now within 5 months of my two units being installed. BOTH times I was told a tech would be at my home between 7:30/8 - 10pm. BOTH times a tech never showed. Answering service will say they're having it escalated to a service manager who doesn't respond, and then reach out to the tech who doesn't respond. Then at 10pm you're out of luck. False advertising and HORRIFFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great service and on time. Company provided timely notification of when Tech would arrive. Tech performed maintenance and suggested installing a UV light within air handler to help prevent algae and mold. I did opt for this. He also cleaned the inside of air handler before installing UV light so everything was starting fresh. I appreciate the service today!

I called at 4:30pm on a Thursday because it was 84 degrees in my house! They had Cristian at my house within an hour of that call!!! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and had my unit up and running in no time at all! I was completely satisfied with the entire experience! They are definitely on my speed dial!!

I have been a customer of AC Today for years and have yearly service contract with them. As for the service, I am mostly satisfied even though a few of their Technicians tried to upsell during the service appointment. The main issue I have with them is that every six months when the service appointment is due, they would keep calling and calling and leave me messages after messages. I can't always answer when they call. After five days of straight calling day after day, texts after texts and many emails, I finally answered the call; I asked her why she kept calling me after she left me so many voice messages, text messages and emails, she burst out laughing. I asked her what is so funny, she proceeds to laugh. I told her do you really think this is funny? Before I could say anymore, she cuts in and told me that she would remove my name of the list while she was still laughing and she immediately hang up on me. She sounded like a teenager on drug. I reported her to the manager, Melissa, and I have never heard back from her, so I decided not to renew my contract with them. This happens every six months; the non-stop calling, texting, and emailing are so annoying and unprofessional. I reported this matter to them in the past but to no avail. It is sad that they lost a customer over this pathetic childish situation.

I had a maintenance appt for routine checkup, nothing wrong with my A/C. I see a 2nd vehicle in front of my house and asked why, the tech said it’s our salesman. Without even looking at my unit they told me I needed a new unit, that my warranty is about to expire. They also said that, my blower needed to be replaced along with new duct work, new heating element, new fan and motor and in the meanwhile I had ductwork and the blower put in new. I knew it was a scam. 1 lie after another.The salesman also told me I had so much mold in the air handler that it would cost me $3000 to have another company get out the mold so I might as well get a new system. Long story short, I asked for a 2nd opinion and there was nothing wrong with my A/C at all and no mold what so ever. I took these pictures when the 2nd technician came. NO MOLD. Do not use this company. They should be ashamed of themselves .
