Andy came out, got straight to the issue, called our unit in for warranty, and had the parts on order asap- was honest, knowledgeable and so refreshing! Kyle and Tyrone were the follow up techs that installed the part and we are up and cool again. Please use Wentzel's, you won't be sorry!

Adams did a terrific job inspecting my AC unit, which then showed mold and bacteria in the system. He suggested that I have an UV light installed to reduce mold and bacteria. He is a very knowledgeable and polite person.

Service was excellent as usual. Mark was in and out solving the problem very quickly. That funny noise coming from the AC outside unit was not the unit at all. It came from the roof over the unit ! Mark did our twice yearly maintenance while he was there.Thank you Mark thank you Wentzels!

Wentzel’s serviced my A/C system today due to a malfunction and also did the annual maintenance. Dale did a great job - he also noticed a microbial buildup inside my air handler and recommended a germicidal UV light system which he installed. Very professional and reasonably priced. I also own an HVAC company in CT so I know what good service is!

Mark, the technician, was friendly, courteous, promp and efficient. Making an appointment was easy. I was given a window of arrival and was informed when Mark was on the way.

Kyle arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed just as fast. He was clearly knowledgeable and efficient. I was so impressed with the service that I happily signed up for their annual maintenance program.

The technician, Frank, was very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I appreciated that he didn't try to pressure me into replacing the unit, even though it is old. When it is time for a new unit I will definitely be calling Wentzel's.

I called for a quote on installing a wireless thermostat. They gave me a price for the work over the phone which I appreciated. I got the appointment in two days. Ty installed it pretty quickly and he assisted me with the app set up. We tested it, he gave me a few tips and the job was done.
It's so hard to find people/companies who do a good job. I'll Definitely use them again.

Just had my Ac serviced and added a soft start an ultraviolet light. And the service guy was amazing and did a great job . He took the time to go over all his findings as well what he was doing . They ordered all the material and everything was correct . Everyone I worked with there was 100% professional and very knowledgeable in what they do . Highly recommended this company

Tyrone was amazing. He not only fixed the problem, but also gave me some really important information about rats chewing holes in my 2 year old duct work. Now I will call an exterminator!

Discovered that the part they charged me for has a 5 year manufacture warranty that they neglected to mention. Also the retail price of the item is $99. and they charged $485. I am waiting for an explanation from the manager but so far no phone call. Not impressed.
