Duane showed his concern and very professionally let me know what needed to be done. Many companies falter in customer service, not only did Bear Air meet expectations, Duane exceeded in providing a solution to try and remedy the situation. If you want effective and speedy customer service, I would greatly consider using Bear Air.

Duane, Rick, and the team of Bear Air exceeded our expectations. The last thing you want when selling a home (in the heat of summer) is for your HVAC system to go out. Their knowledgeable and expertise was easily palpable, so moving forward with this team wasn't even a question. Thank you again for your promptness and care. I know if anything happens in the future the owners will have a family-owned company who backs their equipment. Safe days ahead!

Bear Air and the owner Duane are the best A/C people I have ever experienced and having lived in Fort Lauderdale and now Sebastian for 45 years and having had to replace several A/C systems over the years I know what I'm talking about. I can't recommend Bear Air highly enough.

Fast, friendly service. Problem wasn’t fixed the first time they returned promptly and corrected everything.

Our six year old beach-side HVAC system corroded to the point of no return, so we got some quotes on new units. Bear Air's proposal was remarkable. Not only was the price half of the other quotes we got, but the equipment manufacturer has a long and strong history, and the warrantee covers the system for 10 years INCLUDING corrosion, which was the only proposal that had such coverage. When you live near the beach, corrosion is what ruins your HVAC system (and everything else), so this feature sealed the deal. Duane, the owner, takes his relationship with his customers very seriously and is very responsive. We've been pleased with this choice.

My ac kept shutting off, I have a 67 yr old mother who is a breast cancer survivor, and a 7yr old autistic son. So it was really getting uncomfortable for everyone at this point. I started calling around.
Out of all the places I called when I was in a panic, these guys really came to the rescue.
No one had the time to come right away but when I called they picked up and were out within a half hour.
It was in the middle of a huge thunderstorm, but they still came out to keep us cool til morning. Came back first thing in a.m and cleared out my drain line. Prices were very reasonable, & great customer service!

Of course when your air goes out it's night time and raining hard. Nevertheless, Bear Air sent out Rick when the rain abated and in no time he diagnosed the problem and had it back up and running. Their price was very reasonable for an emergency call out. I highly recommend them.

Sep-2024. Lightning knocked out A/C on a Sunday late afternoon. Not only did someone answer, he was kind, helpful and tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. On their request I called back because A/C still not restarting. Duane showed up 20 minutes later and got things running. My first experience with his business, not my last. Definitely recommended . Thank you Duane.

Last night Saturday, August 17th, 2024, my AC stopped working all of the sudden. So I called Bair Air around 8pm (Duane answered) explained my AC situation over the phone and they were at my home in an hour or so. They fixed my capacitor in a matter of minutes!
It was amazing! They showed up on time, fixed the problem, and I slept like a baby!
He also did a great job, especially respecting my dogs. I have 2 Great Danes that were sleeping and Duane texted me so they would not be disturbed. That meant a lot to me!
You guys are the best!! I will make sure to share my experience with everyone I know, and my coworkers at the hospital.

Have now worked with Bear Air 2x. 1st time was an emergency, they helped trouble shoot over the phone before showing up but did end up having to come out. Once here, fixed it quickly!! Since then was put on a regular maintenance schedule and has been very helpful! My experience with Bear Air was polite, knowledgeable, professional, quick, very helpful and educational! Highly recommend!

Our 3 year old AC went out 4 days before Christmas. I called and Duane showed up within the hour. Diagnosed our ACs bad motor, got us a new one, dealt with the warranty & installed the new one within 2 hours! We were blown away by his quickness, professionalism and proficiency. Thank you so much! Wonderful company. My ac unit was from 1998 (yikes!) and was on its last leg. I called 2 other companies along with Bear Air. Not only did the others try to upcharge me severely with things I didn’t want or need, but were asking an astronomical amount! Duanne came in and suggested the best fit for what we needed and came in well under the previous companies and did not try to push me into bigger units or extras. Scheduling was quick and easy. They set up my unit and took away my old one in a day. I have had the unit for about a year now and we called Bear Air to check something in the unit. They were able to fit us in their schedule in under 3 hours! If you need anything AC related Bear Air is the place to call. They are a family company and Veteran owned. Wonderful all American company!

My A/C died overnight and by 8 AM it was 80 degrees. I called/texted at 7:56 AM and Elliot showed up within an hour and he evaluated my a/c unit inside and out. It was the capacitor. He explained what it did and yes he did have the part! Woohoo! It was installed and blowing cold air! This event from first contact to cold air was 2 hours. I am very pleased with the service from Bear Air and Elliot was a polite young man who got right to work. Thank you!

I called Bear Air on a referral because our ac just wouldn’t stay running. Duane picked up right away, gave me a time frame of when one of his techs could come out. Long story short we had to get a new AC installed and his tech came up exactly when he said, they got right to work and within a few hours are house was way cooler. The install was smooth, looks great and they did a heck of clean up job afterwards. Duane and his crew are thorough, efficient and definitely worth the phone call. Or ya know… you could sweat it out. Bear Air is on point!

I had Bear Air install both my dental office and my home air conditioning units and had an amazing and very professional experience. Not only did the owner Duane, and his team, fix a problem we were having for over a year at my dental office but did it quick and efficiently. They also stopped by many times after the job was already complete to make sure it was still working good and doing what it was supposed to. As a business owner this really means a lot and shows that they stand by their work. Duane and Rick are a great team and I would not go to anyone else for AC work again!
