My AC went out and so I received a few quotes from AC companies that had serviced my unit over the past 4 years since I purchased the home. The AC was 10 years old and had literally crumbled to the concrete slab (I live pretty close to the beach.) Something didn't feel right about these quotes or the people providing the quotes - the units they were recommending and the service didn't add up - so I took a break and after about 7 days, on a Saturday evening, I called Bear / Duane after googling company options close by. Duane showed up within 30 minutes and got me a quote really quickly. Besides that, he was incredibly nice. They installed the new unit within the matter of a few days and registered the warranty. I am SO happy I found Duane and Bear. So happy and relieved that I now have "MY AC GUY!" He's knowledgeable, kind, and a true professional. I had no issue with them being in my home. AND THE AC IS COLD AND QUIET!!! Thank you so much! I cannot recommend Bear Air enough!!

Fantastic fast friendly and informative had these gentleman come out for a late night repair they were prompt and efficient. They walked me through the entire process start to finish. Will be calling them again if anything happened. Highly recommend. Fair pricing for 24 hour service.

Update: so despite their best efforts the ac kicked the bucket and these guys were willing to make a same day install happen despite having done one that morning. I live in a small trailer with my disabled mother and two year old son and this house at one point hit 90 degrees. I cannot thank these guys enough for all their hard work professionalism and courtesy. Will recommend them to everyone I know.

The owner personally answered my call, confidently and reassuringly diagnosed the problem with my AC over the phone. A chronic problem that my original AC company could not seem to resolve.
I was able to set up an appointment with days of our conversation and Duane and a very friendly and capable technician resolved my AC issues! Great guys, easy to work with, confident and capable. Can’t ask for much more than that!!

I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received, I called them out on an emergency call. The owner showed up in less than 30 minutes and fixed the issue. Because of it being an emergency , He could have taken advantage of me with pricing but did not. I will definitely use them again for any repairs needed.

After being taken advantage of by another company, BEAR AIR came to our rescue. Can’t say enough positive things about them. The owner was very knowledgeable, came over and within 2 mins, was able to diagnose the problem. Quoted us for a new install for a very reasonable price. Install was done in such a timely manner and left my house nicely cleaned up. So glad to have found a true honest HVAC company that actually cares.

Called Bear Air on a Friday evening when my A/C was out. The closest technician was Duane the owner who arrived within 15 minutes and was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue (faulty contactor). Excellent response time and service. Highly recommended.
