Bear Air is a SUPER company!! Top notch service! Our tech, Elliott was very patient answering all our blower motor install questions! Our regular air conditioning company said it would be 3-5 days before they'd get the part in! No way, not waiting, especially in this heat!!! So we called
Bear Air, and they were here within a FEW HOURS with the needed part and we had beautiful cold air before they left! So, no waiting around with this company. Remember BEAR AIR CONDITIONING for heat & cooling needs!!

I have been using them and bought 2 new systems when they were a young company!

I called Bear Air Monday morning and they had a technician out there by 9:00 that morning for a "heat not working" issue during a cold snap here in FL. The technician gave me a call quickly, talked through the problem and we got it resolved that day. I appreciate the responsiveness and the communication from Rick and his team. Would definitely recommend!

Wow!! So lucky to have called. I almost got scammed for 26k but thankfully got a 2nd opinion from Bear Air and found out I was still under warranty! Dwayne, Rick, thank you for showing my mom and I respect and helping us out so much!!! My first encounter with Bear Air was to get a quote for a ductless unit install. Duane Lanning recommended against it and suggested I have my existing unit adjusted as, #1 it wasn't pulling the moisture out of the house (humidity has always been an issue to the point of mold growing in the ducts. #2 my existing unit was over-sized therefore not performing efficiently, running just enough to cool but not enough the pull the moisture out.
Long story short, the existing TRANE unit was on its 10th year of inconsistent costly service having 3 evap. coils replaced...and every major component just last year....

My second encounter with Bear Air was an emergency service call answered directly from Duane after hours... the results that were found....you guessed it, leaking evap. coils.
Bye bye TRANE and hello YORK!!!
