The Best Landscaping Compnay in town. Very professional service and fast outcome. I had them do my pavers from the driveway to the back yard, the landscape, lighting and move the irrigation around my pool. I am also getting a modern pergola that is out of this world. They do it all. Its very hard to find a company that will deliver the quality of work they provided. Definitely recommend. Check out their website.

These people are a ripoff . They told me it would cost 70.00 to come check out my refrigerator but then charged me 79.00 the they said it would cost 350 more to fix the refrigerator…… to change an electronic part that I later found on Amazon for 16.00 ……. Don’t trust them.

I was scheduled for a service after diagnostic, and It was still 2 days later and noone had showed up to repair my dryer. I had to call the tech several times after he told me he was too bz at another location, then he was too bz taking care of his kids he was waiting for his wife to come home to she could make it to his 4:00 pm apt at me house. He ddnt reach out to me till I reached out an hour later asking how much longer before he got there. He came to respond at 7 pm saying he would come in the morning instead offering a discount for the delay. I agreed yo it letting him konw i have to work as soon as he would be done so he agrred to be there from 8:30 - 9:00 am. I called and text him because i ddnt hear from him. It was 9:30 am whew he finally decided to respond to my text and say he was still at home. specifically when i told him the night before I had to be at work. After me calling the office to report this was going on they really ddint show any care at all. IF YOU NEED YOUR APPLIANCE FIXED ASAP THIS IS NOT THE PEOPLE TO CALL ..........

*****DO NOT USE ***** My freezer in my 5yr old LG fridge acted like it wasn`t working. So I called this company. Temps were in the 10 to 22 degree range. The guy came out and realized in order to look in the back, he would have to take the handles off and remove the drawers to slide it out and move to the left or right to get by a blocking island. Too much work. He, instead , opened the ice storage and found ice that had melted some and partially froze back together. He said this was a compressor problem and he has one in his car. 900.00 to fix it. I said I`ll think about it.
I called Hodgins Appliance. Extremely informative. They told me that no one makes that compressor any more and advised me to get a new fridge. I took all the frozen food out and used a spare that I have . It ran overnight and into the next day and into the night and by then everything was working . -6 to +8.
Either this guy was lazy and trying to rip me off or he didn`t know what he was doing. Either way I would not use this company again.

Go to Hodgins appliance instead. I picked this thinking it was local. Map location is the St. Cloud Twin movie theatre. This business is not even in St. Cloud, but they will service to St. Cloud. When I booked the appointment, they told me my weekend service fee of $75 would go towards repairs if I chose to make them. So when the repair technician came out and made the fix, he gave me a cost breakdown and explained that a belt repair was a set fee and the service fee is a set fee. I called the business to inquire and the first person I talked to said it sounded like the technician was trying to get more money when I gave the cost breakdown and pushed me through to customer service. Customer service tried to explain that the service fee was going towards the repair and was very defensive and argumentative. I give 2 stars for coming on a weekend and fixing my dryer, but this is not an honest business since the technician walked away with making $100 extra; as well as, customer service, the booking department, and the technicians are in disagreement with their charges and ends up as a scam on the customer.

Called on a Friday, got an appointment on Tuesday.
No call no show Tuesday. Reschedule for Wednesday.
Called on Wednesday during expected time to confirm. Got a call back two hours later that they were just going to cancel because repairman no call no showed again and they only had one repairman.

Called this company thinking I was helping out a local St Cloud business. What I got was a UK corporation with appointment setters in Tempe AZ and a nearly non English speaking tech called out from Kissimmee under another business name.

While he did fix it, it was a bit too expensive and he happened to come my house with compressor he had to swap. While that is good, I felt a little duped.

Just be forewarned, they're not local to St Cloud.

Came in checked voltage turned dryer on for 30 seconds and said yeah we need to replace the entire heating element 455$. Without checking other areas. Quick way to blow 70$. Will not recommend anyone with this service.

I had issue with my refgirator. My freezer side was over cooling and refgirator side was not cooling properly. They came and did the service but issue still existed. They came back and did more repair and eventually my refgirator stopped working at all. I called them multiple times for several days , I was told that technician will call me back but he never did. After multiple attempts they finally called me and said I need to change Damper on my refgirator and said they will not charge labor fee. I asked how much will it cost me and they said 250 for the parts . I had already paid 275 for the repair. When I looked for the parts online , it was $40 . I called them and told them that if I can get the part myself , they said I can but they will not guarantee the issue will be fixed. Horrible experience. Also the technician who came for a repair was not able to speak and there was a huge communication gap. He use to be on the phone , take pictures and ask someone on the phone about repairing . The technician was not technically sound . Please stay away from them . Google should not show them on the top. People are being cheated.
