Reviews of local pros in St Cloud, Florida

Top notch from start to finish! Jason and his crew were wonderful! I have found my go-to electric company for sure. Professional, quick to respond and schedule work to be done.

Hightower Electric has done both commercial and residential jobs for me. Jason is very responsive, attentive and thorough. His guys are professional and do a great job with the installs. They are our go-to for whenever we need electrical work.

I hired Hightower for a job at our Condominium community. They arrived on time and had the work completed before the inspectors arrived. The inspectors signed off on everything. We had issues with the power company coming out in a timely manner and Jason's crew stayed until late in the evening to ensure the work was done properly at no additional charge. I will definitely hire them again in the future!

We are new to this area and searched for a competent and professional electrician to do a small job at reasonable cost, fortunately we contacted the right company. Hightower Electric exceeded what we expected. The work was completed in a neat, professional and timely fashion. Jason, the owner, handled our request and needs in a very courteous and timely manner. Rich, the electrician that he sent to our home, was very courteous, arrived at the scheduled time and completed the small job quickly and professionally as well.
I now have an electrician that I know that we can depend upon if and when our needs arise as well as being more then willing to recommend them to anyone that wants or needs a "pro" in the electrical business.

Great work. Knowledgable technicians. Prompt service and exactly what my quote stated on price and work. Overall great company and techs. 10/10 recommend.

Jason and Hightower Electric are extremely courteous, professional and efficient within their line of work. They helped install our generator this past spring. When I was unsure of additional steps to take within the set-up process, Jason was willing have a text conversation and additionally speak with me over the phone to answer any questions I had. I will absolutely use their services again and recommend them for all of your electrical needs.

Very professional company was able to give me a quote over the phone. I needed an inlet and interlock system for an outdoor generator. I was able to set up a date and time for them to instal. Electrician showed up on time performed all the required service walk me through and tested the system very happy with the job and the performance. Electrician was very professional and courteous at all times. I even got a call back from the company wanted to make sure everything was OK with the job which it was. Great customer service.

Hightower Electric was a pleasure to work with. Jason and Richard put forth extra effort to ensure that everything was done safely. Richard installed a new MDP for the house. The work was done quickly and power was only lost for a short 3 hours for the process to be done. Also, a new quad outlet was installed on the exterior for the well to function properly. The new conduit and outlet was installed per code and done completely safe. I would recommend Hightower Electric for a big or small job. They will perform quickly and double check that every part was installed as required for the end user. Fantastic service all around. Even that the whole project was an emergency they stopped by immediately and ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction. Excellent.

My Mom needed her main panel upgraded for her new insurance company. Hightower Electric quoted her the best price out of three quotes. Then they showed up on time, did the job quickly and professionally, and even brought the job cost in for the price of the quote! It is hard to find contractors this professional. Thank you again, Hightower Electric!

Jason is top notch and I would highly recommend his company. We had all our electrical updated and his team worked diligently to get the job done. There were some rooms that presented slight challenges but they took their time and figured out a solution. I will be using Hightower electric for future projects.

Contacted Hightower to replace an FPE panel on a house we are trying to sell. Anyone who has recently tried to get homeowners insurance knows the panels have to be replaced. We were trying to get it done as soon as possible, and Jason responded quickly and was so nice/patient walking me through what he needed pictures of so he could get a quote out to me that same day. The estimate was very reasonable and he had availability to replace the panel within a couple days. 10 out of 10 would definitely use Hightower Electric again.

We have used Hightower Electric several times and have always been extremely pleased with their service and the quality of their work. Today Luis and Julian installed a crystal chandelier for us. I was so very impressed with them! They worked together and installed the base and then placed 238 individual crystal pieces on the chandelier . They were pleasant and professional. They did a amazing job and the result is beautiful!

Jason and the team were quick and effective. Nice work! These guys charge fair prices and do honest work. Will be going to them first from now on for electrical work.

We had a great experience using this company. We had an appointment booked, but they were actually able to come out the day before to complete the work. Jonathan was the electrician who came to the house and he was great to work with. Very friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Jason was amazing in his professional work! We needed to have a outlet placed at our property and he realized our electrical panel was not up to par and so he charged us a reasonable fee for the replacement and installation. I called him on a Thursday and by Tuesday morning, he had everything completed! He even cut the trees around our electrical panel in order to access it but also making it easier for us to access. He is easily reached via phone or text and was amazing in keeping up in the loop. Thank you again for your work Jason!

Hightower Electric is a top notch electrical contractor with superior knowledge. As a property management company we rely heavily on the expertise of professionals in different industries, and Jason and his team can deliver great results. Hightower Electric is definitely a go-to when it comes to anything electric!

Brandon & Johnathan despite it being 100 degrees, did an amazing job. My garage burned down in March & I decided I just wanted a gazebo instead, but I needed power. They replaced the old with new wiring, new box, new breakers, even hooked up the outdoor ceiling fan, hiding the wiring and making it aesthetically pleasing. They did a great job. They were friendly, polite & professional. I will use them again for the other jobs on my list. I highly recommend them.

Great company to use, very professional, and courteous. Jason was prompt at getting my job scheduled and finished. Jason is very knowledgeable and takes his time with you to explain everything start to finish. The electrician Johnathan I had was also great, very efficient and friendly. Answered any questions I asked and explained everything being done. Amazing company that I would recommend for any electrical job you need done . I will definitely be using them again . No need to call anyone else!

I cant say enough great things about Jason and his team! HIGHLY professional to say the least! Very communicable with the needs of our facility & super respectful! He and his team are absolute PROS at not just repairs but proper diagnosis to mitigate downtime & minimize unnecessary expenses. If you’re looking for a solid company for any and everything electrical look no further! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chris and Dan were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a connection for a portable generator to our home's outside electric box. They ensured the generator worked the items inside the house once installation was complete, as well as explained to us in detail about what our generator could run in our home. They made us feel very comfortable about operating the generator. We really appreciated their friendly and helpful attitudes. This is the second time we have used Hightower Electric and had the same great service each time. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them for our electrical needs.

Jason worked with me, through permitting and inspection challenges that changed the scope of work when the city would not grandfather my property the way it had been for 100years. Through all that, Jason provided solution, to keep the power on and safe in my triplex, and got the whole place up to code and was very reasonable and helpful both in his approach and helping with the budget to get the job done. I highly recommend Hightower for any electrical needs, large or small, friendly, professional and helpful through the process.
