We had called a few local electricians to give an estimate for some home improvements we were doing. (One company did not even show up) Hightower Electric LLC gave a reasonably priced estimate and the guys did a great job over several days. Jason and his team are very professional. They were punctual and worked diligently to get the Spa up and running even though the information they were provided was incorrect. Mr. Hardee (owner) stayed in contact with us to make sure the spa tech had the information he needed along with sending his team over to work with spa company and assist in solving the problem.

Absolutely excellent!!! Hightower is my go to from now on .. I had an electrical issue with my hot water tank and the breaker.. Jason is amazing!!! And the 2 gentleman that came out to do the repairs where so courteous and very professional.. the next day I thought I was still having problems, I texted Jason he called me immediately.. he explained everything to me over the phone. He saved me hundreds of dollars . Most Honest business and people I have ever dealt with !!! I usually don’t write reviews but for them I had to … they go above and beyond!!!! Jason went above and beyond to help me. I had built a pool through a company that unfortunately failed to complete the necessary permits. I wasn’t even aware that all the permits had expired until it came time to sell my house. Jason stepped in and truly went the extra mile to guide me through the process and help me resolve the electrical part of the issue.

I had flickering lights in my house for the last few months. We had an electrician come out about a month ago as it was getting more regular and worse. When the original electrician came out (not this company, a person we knew.) he could not duplicate the issue and we were charged for the service call. When it started happening again, I wanted to get an actual company to send someone and I found Hightower Electric LLC on google and called them after reading many of the reviews. Jason Hardee reached out to me and we set an appointment for them to come out. The problem was, now the flickering stopped for about a week. I reached back out to Jason to cancel so I would not get charged a fee to come out and not be able to duplicate the problem. The flickering started again about a week after canceling. I reached back out to Jason and explained my concern about not finding the issue and already having an electrician out from another company. He set it up to call me and discuss what was going on. That was this morning. He called me at the time he set up and gave me some guidance based on what I was dealing with. Long story short, he had me contact OUC first as it sounded like issues he had experience with. He had me do that instead of insisting for his company to come out and look at it first. He really wanted to save me that additional service fee it would have cost me. I did call OUC this morning and they were very good as well and had a technician come out also this morning. It was a corroded connector that OUC was able to replace at no cost. I now have a trusted electrician when I do need one! I highly recommend this company if you do not have one. These guys were awesome! A tree fell on my house and I didnt know what to do or who to call. Found them on google. They answered quickly and Roberto was here within 30 min. He knew exactly what to do, finished the job and walked through the house to make sure everything was working. Definitely recommend. 5 stars!

Roberto discovered my electrical issue. He provided me with the exact information I'd need to convey to the power company so that they would understand the issue was on the power companies side. The power company then was able to repair the issue. I'm so grateful. There could have been a fire and Roberto was very thorough.

Excellent service with incredible communication. Initially spoke with Jason (owner) to set up installation of a 50 amp generator interlock/outlet. The day of install, Brandon & James showed up right on time at 8:30 am to complete the job. Both very knowledgeable and efficient for the install. Also spent time making sure I knew exactly how to operate the interlock safely when connecting the gen. If you need electric service done at your home or business call Hightower Electric.
