We were amazed by the amount of work & effort these guys put into making our very old & grungy floor come to live. They went above & beyond and now we have a beautiful shiny floor. Well worth the cost of restoring an original terazzo floor. And no grout lines to deal with! Would definitely recommend!!!

We have Saltillo tile in our home. The rubber backing on a large area rug had melted from the heat (left AC off while out of town) and the floor was a mess. The Floor Cleaning Experts came out and gave us an estimate and came back to clean the floor the same week. They did a fabulous job at a reasonable price and the floor looks brand new. The company’s name says it best. Two neighbors referred us to Tom, at Floor Cleaning Experts. We have tumbled travertine floors overdue for some TLC. I’m very happy with the results. Tom went the extra mile afterwards to personally come back for a few touch ups. He also give me tips on daily care.

Floor Cleaning Experts are a class outfit. They provide a quality service. Our terrazzo floors require special care and they provide it. Beyond that, Tom takes the time to educate us about the care and maintenance of our floors. This has saved us money and our floors look great. People constantly comment.

The Floor Cleaning Experts did a remarkable job on my Travertine floor. The appearance of the floor is amazingly improved. They not only cleaned and polished the floor, they also repaired many chips. They were also very willing to move furniture. I would recommend this company highly, and I will certainly call them again when my floor needs care.

Tom was on time and my wood floors look great! He also cleaned all the grout on my tile floors. Finished on time and was able to get out several scuffs from a 70 year old floor!

I highly recommend Tom and Floor Cleaning Experts for your homes cleaning needs. My Travertine floors have never looked this good. Tom also did a great job on my Galaxy Granet counter top and Marble entryway.

can they add another star??? Six stars would be better suited. This company was the most knowledgeable and incredibly great. Tom did a survey of my house. when his crew and him showed up(on time), they went right to work . they made my bamboo flooring better back to original. In addition, Tom is like the Bill Nye of flooring. He educated me on on my floor and its chemical properties. He also helped me learn to properly maintain them so i don't need to call him anymore..lol. Truly great company. i would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

I had this company come to restore my marble floors which had not been seen to for15 years! They were not the lowest estimate but were competitively priced. My floors look fantastic! Oscar was knowledgeable with tips on keeping the floors looking good, both he and John were polite, on time and went efficiently about their business. Tom ( the owner ) was prompt with his pricing and estimate. Great company!

July 15, 2020, Floor Cleaning Experts cleaned my travertine/marble floors exceptionally...removing grime and dullness, changing the appearance to clean, colorful and mirror- like. The floors have been restored to the original beauty. Oscar worked to do an exceptional job. They were on time, worked hard, quickly. I will use them again.

Tom with Floor Cleaning Experts brought our flood damaged hardwood floors back to life! We did not have to replace which saved us thousands in our renewal process after Helene! I highly recommend their service.

I'm sorry to have to post an unfavorable review. Tom was terrific during the sale and unfortunately, I paid him without inspecting the job as I was tied up and could not get down to the property for several days. Upon inspection, there were still many old paint spots and several pavers were still out of alignment. Tom met me at the property, I believe on a Tuesday, and said he would return Friday to align the sunken pavers and work more on the spots. I went to the property today, after a month, and the pavers look the same. So disappointed. I should have done the job myself in the first place. The worst part of this is, I have over 1000 sf of marble flooring I was hoping to have Tom strip, refill, re-polish and seal.

We were incredibly surprised by the remarkable difference Tom was able to achieve bringing our marble floors back to life. You can practically see your face in our floors. We wholeheartedly recommend floor cleaning experts, not only for their conscientious efforts, but also for their kind nature.

My marble looks beautiful! I will only call Floor Cleaning Experts in the future- they did a fantastic job I am so pleased with their work. My kitchen counters are Calcutta marble and I also have a marble bathroom and both rooms look beautiful post job, thank you so much!

Please do not hire this company! They left my tile a mess. When asked about dark spots left ( so many) Tom told me that the grout dries at different rates and when it dries it will be clean and match the rest of the grout. Wrong! My tile was left worse than when they left! They put on a coating on my tile that I was told would adhere to the tile and grout to keep it clean. No! I was left with a sticky mess on my tile ! The tile was sticky and your foot stuck to the tile before lifting back up. They caused damage to my baseboards and in one area they soaked so much water into the baseboards warped outwards ! They left a huge water puddle in my husbands office under his furniture and lucky we caught if before it did damage to the furniture. The whole experience was a costly nightmare. Tom was rude to the young man working with him. So much so I felt bad for the guy. When I was given the estimate ( which is high) Tom will tell you the story that there family has been in the floor cleaning business very long and he learned from his Dad. Don’t get a false sense of security thinking that means they are good at cleaning your floor! .

Highly recommend All Around Tampa. My pool deck looks great after the re-sanding and resealing. They showed up when they said they would and left no mess behind.
