Walter was very responsive to our call when our AC was not working. Came out for first visit at 730pm and quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered but he was able to get the system cooling until the parts could make it. Kept us informed while waiting for parts and checked in daily to ensure the system was still cooling. As soon as parts arrived he returned to finish the repairs. Very informative and helpful. Got the problem fixed quickly and was very pleasant to work with. When he finished he made sure to clean up after his work and everything is as good as new. Would highly recommend and will use if any future work is needed.

I personally had a great experience with this company. I was referred through my home warranty (which denied my claim, sadly), because the duct work underneath my manufactured home needed replaced. Grant came over to do the initial diagnosis, he took video, explained the problem, even allowed me to record his explanation because it's all Greek to me, and was very patient with my questions. They called after finding out the claim was denied and we settled on a price for them to complete the job anyways and Grant came back out today (this is maybe two weeks later--hurricane Ian was in the middle of all this). He was again very nice, professional, and took pictures of the damaged parts and the newly installed ones. He again also explained what he'd just done. I would highly recommend FL Construction Authority. Just because a home warranty denies your claim doesn't make it the fault of the servicing company! I would use them again.

To start off I’ve read all the reviews for this company, and I have to say that several of them are the home warranty companies fault it’s all about the Benjamins. I have Choice Home Warranty and on the day hurricane Ian made its way across the state my A/C system failed. Instead of dealing with my homeowner insurance company knowing darn well they had their hands full dealing with devastation on the west coast of Florida. So, I choose to use my home warranty. The technician come out determined the issue and submitted his findings. CHW denied the claim as they did so many other customers. I know it wasn’t this companies fault again it was all about the Benjamins for the warranty company. At the time I didn’t have the funds to get the system repaired. After a month without A/C I almost refinanced my home for the funds when Mary in my option is a God sent mentioned the FPL Stress Free AC program. I checked it out the website and Mary helped me over the phone to apply and I was instantly approved for a completely new A/C system. That was a Wednesday I had my new system installed the next day (BAM). If it wasn’t for this company’s help I would have refinanced my home doubled my mortgage payment. The technician that did the install was very efficient and answered all our questions. Thank you Florida Construction Authority for everything.

I have a home warranty through Choice Home Warranty. A claim was filed for service and it was submitted to Florida Construction Authority. It has been over 3 weeks , the home warranty company has made several attempts to contact them but to no avail. They never answer the phone. The AC unit is sitting in there factory address in Melbourne which they provided to be shipped but they have yet to pick it up and deliver to install at my home. It is 85 degrees in my home in Florida every day and this company appears to have no desire in complying with the service request. Not sure how a company like this is still in existence. My next steps are to file a complaint with the BBB and Florida Consumer Protection Department as my situation has not been resolved. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!

Our home warranty company dispatched Florida Construction Authority to repair our A/C. This is the fourth repairman they’ve sent out to fix the problem in the last six months but the first one that seemed to care about actually addressing the root issue. Walter was respectful and professional, made sure that the air was working before he left, and has followed up several times since the repair to make sure it kept working. We’ll definitely recommend this company and Walter to anyone needing A/C service.

We have built two custom homes before moving to St. Petersburg and after living in this house for a couple of years decided to do a major renovation. We spent 9 months with an architect on the design work and another 2 months interviewing contractors.
The house was completely gutted and renovated in 2015. Tom Quartetti, the President of Sunketch, was a pleasure to work with.
It was a nine month project and completed on time! As with any project of this size there were numerous issues that had to be dealt with and Tom was tremendous. He suggested making changes to the front of the house which cost very little but made a huge improvement to the overall look of our house. He also tore out the stonework on the outdoor kitchen (at no cost to us) because of a defect that I couldn't see even after he pointed it out, but which he assured me that we would see 6 months later.
We had a separate contract for the kitchen/cabinet work and even though he derived no monetary benefit Tom oversaw that work as well (frankly because the kitchen company dropped the ball too often).
It has been nearly 3 years later and I still call Tom to ask for help --- and he has always been prompt to return my call and more importantly to do the work.
Today I had to find a replacement for the lanai screen door latch --- what they sell at Lowe's and others is not even close. Through SunKetch we not only have the new latch, but also a complete door hardware set, again at no cost to us.
He was not the cheapest contractor, nor was he the most expensive contractor, but in the end we feel that we got the best value from Sunketch. If I ever have the opportunity to build a new home in Pinellas County I would do it with SunKetch in a heartbeat

Calling GTR Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Inc, FL was the best decision.Jake arrived on time and immediately conducted a detailed dryer vent inspection. He pointed out a crushed section of the vent behind the dryer, which he repaired quickly. Our dryer is now working perfectly. I really appreciate the honesty and great customer service. We are very pleased with the work completed by this company. It took 2 men 5 days to restore our white marble floors and they look brand new.

Owner came, gave an estimate. Scheduled it for 2 weeks out. Worker showed up, it was almost as if there was no communication internally about the job and had no idea of what the job consisted of. Then he proceeded to look at the 2 rooms, decided he couldn’t do the job, told me he was going out to call the owner and just NEVER came back. Owner called me later that afternoon & apologized l, said he would see what he could do to make it right... Never heard back from him!! Not a good way to run a business. Not to mention the time spent that I will never get back... Do NOT do business with Floor Cleaning Experts.

Tom and Nate did a great job on my floor and carpet! He was out about 7 years ago and the sealer is still good. My floors and carpet look brand new! Thank you!

This is 4th time Tom and his foreman Oscar have cleaned and polished my travertine floors. There is a reason why I keep calling him back. The floors now look brand new and its amazing. This is after 12-14 months of my young kids riding their toys continuously over the travertine removing the polish.
