When I called and spoke with them, they told me that a technician would be there in about 3 hours. Never showed up, didn't even call me back to inform me he wouldn't be there our anything.

Companies I post to do free estimates not charge you $199 to come out and look at your power box do you put two a power outage that burned out the power box any business that charges you to want to come out and do an estimate is not a good business estimate supposed to be for free the ignorant guy on the phone and said are you poor you can’t afford our estimates that’s pretty bad yes if I was poor I couldn’t afford his estimate people should not do business with companies like him thank you

Grand Electric Contractors is the only company I will use for all of my electrical needs.They really care about their customers.Their technicians are very experienced and professional.Their customer service is excellent and their work is outstanding.I have been impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them.

If your time is valuable to you, don’t use this company. They will schedule, cancel, reschedule, cancel again and it’s no big deal to them. Horrible customer service. We will never call them again. Recommend you don’t either.

I had an odd electrical issue and Mark came promptly. He spent hours sorting it out and finding the issue and had it efficiently fixed. He was presentable, knowledgeable and friendly-what a great combination! You wont be disappointed if you choose this company.

They have charged me upfront and rescheduled 3 times !!! I will not even begin to stress all the inconveniences I went through rearranging my schedule for them 3 days in a row. Costumer service is poor . The lady on a phone hang up on me while I was expressing my frustrations. Finally the Electrisian called himself and promised he will be here on time while rescheduled for the 3rd time and guess what.. no call no show. They still charged me $99 that now I have to be calling and asking to refund while I’m so disgusted with the company and the service!

No call, no show for 2 days in a row. Finally spoke with Fritz, manager, who was transparent and said the schedulers should never have promised someone would show up because they only have 3 techs in the entire company. 1 in Tampa. 1 in St. Pete. 1 in Clearwater. Both techs in St. Pete and Clearwater are out of commission due to health reason. I would think twice about using this company, for the simple fact there was no accountability and poor customer service.

Had Grand Electric Contractors technicians install a chandelier over my dining room table. They made sure the chandelier was at a height I liked and explained to me the options I had. They made sure I was satisfied with the installation before they left. Would definitely recommend them.

I scheduled this company for a 9-12 appointment to fix a ceiling fan. At 11:30am I called for an update and they said that they had no one to go out. That the electrician had been tied up on a previous job the night before and they had no one to go out. They did not call me to inform me of the cancellation and they only offered their apologies. They then said they didn’t have any availability for the next 5 days. I would not recommend this company for reliability or professionalism.

Wow! Totally awesome job. I had recessed lighting installed. The job was perfect! the electrician took great care to move my furniture out of the way and to cover everything.
