Brit did an excellent job replacing our pool heater, which is now a spa heater. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. They also took the time to walk me through the user interface.

I just think Clear-tech is the best Pool maintenance company I’ve ever had . I’ve had the same tech for a long time and he takes wonderful care of my pool. I never have any problems. He’s always on schedule and on time when he says he’s coming to care for my pool!

Edited as a show of good faith. I just want my pool back to the original Tahoe Blue color like it was the first few months.

** Update 10-31-2025 ** Low Alkalinity wash removed most all of the hydration that was causing white splotches, It did not however eliminate the foot prints. The technician (James) did an outstanding job working on it for approx two weeks during extremely hot weather. The LA wash damaged the pool surface and light trims. I now get handfuls of blue pool aggregate every time I vacuum. The pool filter also contains blue aggregate every time I wash the cartridge filter. There are white pits throughout the surface. I've been waiting since late September for ClearTech to present an acceptable resolution.

I would give a zero if I could! Three weeks now The pool has not been cleaned. I called and they say oh yeah they were coming back tomorrow. Do your job right the first time. I know it’s hot but it’s a job you chose! I’d be ashamed to own or work for such a company.

Clear Tech was contracted to perform a backwash of the pool filtration system at Copa Palms. During this process, the technician intentionally removed the blue plastic discharge hose from the PVC backwash pipe in order to avoid having to roll and store the hose after completion of the service.
I explicitly instructed the technician to direct the backwash discharge into the street to prevent diatomaceous earth (DE) from being released into the community parking lot. This instruction was disregarded.
As a result, diatomaceous earth was discharged across the parking area, as documented in the attached photographs. Diatomaceous earth is a hazardous airborne particulate when disturbed and inhaled. Inhalation exposure presents a serious health risk, as DE cannot be removed from the lungs once inhaled. This action created an unnecessary and avoidable safety hazard for residents, guests, and staff.
This incident reflects a failure to follow basic safety procedures and proper containment protocols during pool maintenance operations.

Clear-tech did a wonderful job resurfacing our pool. It was in dire need, now it is beautiful. We also had them add a handrail for the hot tub, and that came out great as well. Thank you Vlear-tech for a wonderful job, it looks like new!

Highly recommend this company. Had major pool water and cleaning issue. From the great customer service of Jojo to Tony and the entire tech team, we have a beautiful pool once again. Other companies wanted to charge me to resurface my pool but Clear Tech came out and diagnosed real problem and it was very reasonable (chemical clean versus total resurfacing). I found them to be extremely responsive, quick to come and restore my pool. These guys are amazing!

UPDATING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I AM LIVID!!!! WORST POOL COMPANY EVER. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!*****
When I moved into my rental, I clearly and explicitly told ClearTech the following: if there is a car in the driveway, do NOT enter the backyard without knocking and getting my acknowledgement first. This is not a preference — it is a SAFETY requirement. I have SEVERE PTSD from a violent home invasion and do not do well with unannounced people on the property. I also have a 90-lb German Shepherd who is an emotional service animal who is not great with strange men. I explained that if there is no car in the driveway they are free to do their work, but if there is a car, they must announce themselves and wait. Their arrival times vary, and I often come home during lunch to let my dog out.
ClearTech told me this was “no problem,” added alerts in my account (including a DOG TAG and notes stating techs MUST knock and wait for acknowledgment), and repeatedly assured me the technicians could see these alerts.
This has now happened OVER AND OVER. I’ve called management over and over again and have been promised it would "never happen again". Every time I’m told the alerts are “clear in the system.” Every time they are ignored anyway.
The other week a technician admitted he saw the alerts and chose to ignore them, walking directly past my parked car (my driveway is small — you literally must walk beside my vehicle to reach the gate) and entering my backyard without knocking. That is a conscious decision to disregard safety instructions. COMPLETELY UNNACCEPTABLE.
And as if that wasn’t enough — ClearTech’s negligence NEARLY KILLED MY DOG TODAY.
A major issue I have complained about in the past — and that management has confirmed technicians are required to follow — is that if the pool safety barricade is up, they MUST put it back when they leave. This barricade is a large safety gate that covers around the entire pool and exists to prevent children and animals from falling in. I keep it up 100% of the time.
I work in veterinary medicine. I cannot begin to explain how many deceased pets I’ve seen brought in after drowning in pools.
My dog is older and has a bad disc issue in his back and hip issues. He cannot swim well and cannot get out of the pool on his own. Despite repeated complaints and assurances from management, ClearTech ONCE AGAIN FAILED to put the barricade back. When I let my dog out today, he fell into the pool and nearly drowned.
Due to their NEGLIGENCE, I almost lost my dog — right before Christmas. This was not a “mistake.” This was a safety requirement that they CONTINUE TO IGNORE.
If I personally hired this company, they would have been fired a long time ago. Unfortunately, I had no say on who services the pool and they have an agreement with my rental company.... that is until today. I have reported this now officially to my rental company, and they will be reviewing their contract status with ClearTech Pools entirely. There is NO EXCUSE for this level of recklessness.
Additional professionalism failures, since ClearTech seems to struggle with basic standards: They are supposed to leave a door tag after every visit noting what was checked. I’ve received maybe 2–3 all year despite weekly service. They do not notify me when they come on non-service days. They've broke things on my property without saying a word or apologizing.

ClearTech Pools has REPEATEDLY demonstrated that either their systems are broken and their employees are poorly trained, poorly supervised, and are NEGLIGENT.
Between ignoring safety alerts, violating personal boundaries, and endangering the life of my dog, this is the worst pool service experience I have ever had.
THIS COMPANY IS A MAJOR LIABILITY
I'm also adding pictures to this post. Because for a pool service that comes WEEKLY to clean my pool and I have to pay $175 a month..... my pool shouldn't have anything in the bottom of it. This is always an issue too.

Our home was a total disaster from the hurricanes and we were hopeless as to even where to start. Clear Tech completely revamped our entire backyard and pool with beautiful new travertine paver decking and an incredible pool renovation. We are still amazed at how great it looks and how our home was totally transformed. The communication, professionalism, and urgency that Clear Tech showed in transforming our pool and backyard into something we could not have even dreamed of is a strong testament to how the company operates and takes care of its customers. Excellent interaction with this company. After arriving on time, Darwin carried out comprehensive dryer vent maintenance. Before cleaning the dryer vent, he discovered a loose connection that needed to be fixed. Along with explaining mold cleaning options in case moisture becomes an issue, he also finished a mold inspection. The service was professional and effective. I strongly suggest this company.
