Canaan is the main technician for Boca Ciega Resort. My unit overlooks the pool so, I have a front row seat when he visits us 3 times a week. I recently had the opportunity to use their services. Overall, I was quite impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Scott, who came out to clean my pool was super friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were fully equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment. They took the time to explain to me what they would be doing and how they would be doing it, which I appreciated.

During the cleaning process, they were very thorough, paying attention to even the smallest details. They made sure to remove any debris from the pool, skimmed the surface, and scrubbed the walls and tiles. They also checked the pool's pH levels and added the necessary chemicals to balance the water.

After the cleaning was complete, my pool looked sparkling clean and inviting. I could tell that this company takes pride in their work and strives to provide excellent service to their customers.

Overall, I highly recommend This company for anyone in need of professional pool cleaning services. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and do an excellent job of keeping your pool clean and healthy. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Called Brian the owner and he picked up right away and was out the next day helping us with our pool situation after Hurricane Helene. He found the issue immediately and we are back in business!! I sell Real Estate on the beaches and this company went above and beyond the call. They are now my new pool company and I will recommend them to all my clients. I could not be happier. I just had all the tile in my pool replaced by Chuck from AquaServ Pool Service. It is refreshing to receive top notch service in this day and age when you have so many choices available to you. A few things about Chuck that makes him stand out from the rest. He has been working on pools for over twenty years. He is very personable but professional, and has a love and passion for working on pools and believes in doing the job right the first time. He has great attention to detail and a strong work ethic. I highly recommend AquaServ Pool Service if you have a tile job, big or small. You are in good hands with Chuck and team. And my pool/tile job looks fantastic!

I highly recommend AquaServ’s monthly pool maintenance services. Their services are quality, on time and the individual visit details are sent via email that include pictures. They carry their own equipment and take the time to brush and vacuum the pool. On the rare occasion my water has become imbalanced (heavy rains), the owner has been very responsive in getting it balanced again.

Nick from aqua serve does a fantastic job! We have been visiting Madeira beach area for the past 10 years staying at different locations, this current location, surf song, by far has the cleanest pool, that is clearly well attended to and high standard maintenance. I was fortunate enough to meet Nick, and thank him personally for the amazing and meticulous job he is doing for Aqua Serve! Highly recommend Nick and this company!!!

I’d like to start my review by saying, Kristen, the manager , is superb. She is professional , friendly and helpful. However the technicians coming to my house were just ok. After 2 weeks of back to back issues with the tech leaving equipment not put back together properly, I began looking around for other companies. To my surprise, a new tech arrived today and restored my faith that some people still take pride in their work and want to do a thorough job. Thank you Nick. You deserve recognition for your professionalism and a job well done. I would certainly give Nick and Kristen 5 stars, the rest of the employees would get a 2-3 from me.

I started using AquaServ Pool Service about 4 or 5 Months ago. I have been through several pool services and I have to say this company is the best we have ever had. Not only to they show up on time, they go above and beyond. During 2 Storms last year they came early and shocked the pool before the storms where suppose to hit. When they do the service they send a Email every time with pictures and a very detailed report on what they tested and what they have to add to the pool, even a picture of the locked gate! I'm very happy we decided to go with this company and we will be a long time customer!

Bryan and his team are very professional. Our pool looked green every few weeks before we hired them and now it is always blue. We love how they always have the technician available for if any issue arises. So prompt to answer any questions as well as Bryan is so knowledgeable and prompt in replying. Since hiring them we haven't had any issue with the pool or to service it. Also they sent reports every week when they come to service your pool with pictures. I can't recommend them enough. One of the best company to work with it.

Update (5/20/24) to my previous review - It’s unfortunate I’m updating my review but over the last few months, we had to switch pool service folks.

It’s pollen season so pollen has entered the pool cage and into the bottom of the pool. So why was there pollen at the bottom of the pool after the cleaning? There’s stains at the bottom of the pool from the pollen. As a “partner”, why wouldn’t Aquaserv offer a solution into this? Why does calcium still appear 3 months later after I was told it would take a few weeks to get the balance correct?

This is enough for me to move on. While I would reach out to Bryan for these issues and others, he’d get back to me but not address other questions I asked him.

There shouldn’t be this much follow up when you hire a company to do their job.

Daisy has been servicing our pool for several months and she works hard to maintaining the look and cleanliness of the pool. She comes in does her work and does a great job.
I do hope we may continue to work with her in the future.
She's a true asset to this company.

Logan does a great job all the time every Time. We feel lucky that we found someone to take care of our pool. That’s honest here on time and does a nice job.

Highly recommend AquaServ. They were responsive in getting me scheduled, showed up on time, and executed the work perfectly. Pricing was fair, communication was top notch, will definitely use again. Services included a relocation of my existing pool equipment and adding a heater. Vince took the time to make sure everything was working as designed and was patient in answering any questions.

I used Aqua Serv Pool Service for an acid wash on my 17 year old pool needed to bring it back to life! Both Bryan and Keith did an amazing job! They were both very friendly knowledgeable and professional. I even had an additional stain that showed up A couple weeks after the pool was filled up and Bryan the owner came back and took care of it for me. I’ll definitely use them again and would recommend them to anybody needing pool services!

I always wondered if we got special service bc she did such a good job! But looking at the reviews it just a great pool company.
