There were a lot of contractors who saw everyone in their worst time and tried to exploit that by either overstretching themselves with way more projects than they could handle, or they'd pretend they were full-service GCs who offered all trades but once you talked to them, they clearly didn't. What a relief to work with people who really know what they are doing and genuinely care about their clients. Highly recommend!
