Nexgen Constructors were amazing. They had my cabinets installed within a week from the estimate. Everyone was professional and the new cabinets were amazing. They were in and out the same day and I would 100% use this company on future projects!

I cannot praise Nexgen Constructors highly enough. I had been wanting to renovate my bathroom for years. Then I fell and broke my ankle and my wrist and I thought it is time to do this! I was in the hospital and then in a rehab facility so I put a lot of trust in Chad Bauer and his team. Chad made it a priority to have my handicapped bathroom finished by the time I got out. I had a little itty bitty bathroom and a good size closet so I asked if he could take the wall down in between and make the bathroom bigger. He said that was doable. Not only did he increase the size of the bathroom, but he made it absolutely gorgeous with very little input from me since I was in the hospital. He sent a couple of choices and I would pick one and he took it from there . I now have a beautiful walk-in shower with a bench and grab bars. The grab bars are not even noticeable with all the color choices so it doesn’t look like a handicapped bathroom! I absolutely love my new bathroom and cannot thank Chad and his team enough. I would highly recommend Nexgen constructors to anyone wanting any renovations done.

Where do I begin…. I can’t say enough. From the first time meeting with General Contractor Chad Bauer it was such a great experience. Very knowledgeable. Professional. Kind. Listen to our wants and needs. Went on and beyond to make us understand the process, the schedule of events, the cost…. Very open and informative. His crew was amazing too. Extremely respectful and the level of integrity from day one from Chad and his team was beyond commendable. If you want to work with someone you can trust, have honesty and be transparent with this is who you need to work with. Our home is amazing. It’s gorgeous. Everyone loves it. Chad always checked in with us and his team was always informative and beyond professional. I would recommend them with 5++ stars. They are doing phase two to our home and again the experience is amazing.

Hired NexGen to do a construction project for our company at a satellite location. They were beyond great to work with. Construction right now is so hard to come by and they were prompt in responding to my initial outreached, got a quote to within a week, and we had no delays on the work that was completed. Communicated well throughout the whole project and delivered an amazing end result. Would use again and would recommend.

NexGen has been wonderful in restoring our beautiful St Petersburg Woman’s Club. Helene dumped 2’ water inside our historic building and the entire first floor was a mess. They totally remediated the property, removing 95 year old plaster and replacing so you can’t even tell we had water. They worked long hours tearing out cabinets, carpet, flooring and walls. Their team was fast, thorough and really good at what they do. I can’t believe how much has been done in such a short amount of time. They are bringing our grand old lady back to her beautiful self and I am grateful NexGen was there for us. Kudos to the entire team. I highly recommend NexGen for any construction or remediation job.

Run far and fast. These guys talk a great game but fail to manage their sub contractors who are unskilled and not even insured properly.

Paul never delivered the quote as he said he would - very disappointing service. Man that answered the phone at the office was very rude.

They are a 1st class countertop contractor! We were needing quartz counter tops for our newly renovated mobile home in Harbor Lights in a very short time schedule at a fair price and CCSI performed!

Replaced kitchen countertops. Paul and his team were very professional . He guided us through the process of selecting our quartz, it was installed as scheduled and the result is beautiful. Highly recommend this company!

We had our bathroom redone by Jim’s team. We couldn’t be happier with the results! Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone on his team was professional and reliable. The project was done within the timeframe that was promised. He was always available for any questions that my husband or I had! We were nervous, as new homeowners, we’ve heard horror stories about contractors but Jim put our mind at ease and we will definitely use him for any future projects!

Coastal put in a new driveway and deck for us. We are very happy with the results and everyone at Coastal was great to work with! We will definitely use Paul and his crew next time we have a project.

Jims crew came out and fixed our roof where the previous homeowner had made a mess. We didn't find out about it till we went to replace the roof with metal. Jims team came out quickly and repaired it so the roofing company could properly lay the metal without it bowing. They have also done beautiful work in refreshing our kitchen with new granite and tile. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs it done right the first time. Great job you guys

Jim Carr remodeled my home 8 years ago. He and his men did a fine job and Jim was always available. Since then he has turned the helm over to his son, Paul. Over 3 weeks ago I called asking if 2 grab bars could be installed in my shower due to an upcoming surgery. I asked for someone to call me to give me an idea of the price and arrange an install date. I already had the grab bars. Perry told me Paul would get back to me. After several days no call back so I called again. Perry told me they definitely could do it and again I asked for a call back to get an idea of when and how much. Not a word from anyone, Perry nor Paul followed up. Guess my business is not important enough. Disappointing as I liked it when Jim ran the company but it seems when someone inherits a business that daddy worked so hard to build, the value and integrity gets lost because things are handed to them. Sad, as I had a GREAT relationship with Jim and I wish him the best but won't be recommending Paul. I called Home Depot a few days ago in a panic because my surgery is tomorrow and within minutes I got a call from an installer who came over and did it in under an hour. And for a very reasonable price.

Best company!!!!! They do incredible work. Honest, reliable and efficient. We absolutely love them. They did our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Replaced all the flooring in our house. Redid the lightning in our vaulting ceilings. They are phenomenal. Paul and Jim Carr are seriously the best.

We originally hired him for an addition, but after purchasing a new home, the project turned into a full renovation. Al was extremely accommodating and worked through multiple revisions to make sure everything fit our budget.

The quality of work was excellent—especially the tile work—and our bathroom turned out even better than we imagined. The project was completed on time and at a fair price.
