This company was hired to fix my soft serve machine. They told me there was a $110 trip charge and $110 per hour rate. The had to make three separate trips to complete the repair. They were at my establishment 1 hours, 3 hours and 3 hours. Upon receiving the invoice, I was charged for 2.5 hours, 4 hours and 5 hours. I was over billed 4.5 hours or $495. They are trying to make me pay for hours they were not there.

UPDATE: 7/8/2022. Be aware that this company asked for my credit card info upfront before coming out for the repair. After they overbilled me for hours they were not there, I paid the correct amount that should have been charged on my credit card. After a month the went in and charged my credit card on file for $475 for the hours they did not work. This company still refuses to refund the over billed hours. I would recommend that you should not give them your credit card info prior to a repair.

I specifically wrote down when they arrived and when they left. The first tech was here exactly one hour. The invoice they sent said he was here 2.5 hours. Same issue with second invoice. Overcharged by 2 hours.
