Ordered a part for a washing machine. Was told it would be in the next day. Ended up coming in 3 days later after multiple calls. Staff was very friendly. Showed up and the place looks like a bomb went off on there and also smells like a cigarette. As an asthmatic, it's very off putting. They had the part, picked up quickly and left.

These people were horrible from the start. After telling the guy on the phone my street address 3 times, service repair person still had to call because he didn't know my address. After getting there, dressed like he was coming from off shore fishing, he proceeded to fumble around my ice maker until I had to take off the cover for him. He then did absolutely nothing for about 15 minutes, went outside to make a phone call and set off his own car alarm, then came back in and said he couldn't get a replacement from Samsung or anyone else. Then he said that'll be $90. Stay away from these pathetic people.

Two of the most Pleasant ladies I've met in business in many years, I had a great conversation with them and they definitely took care of my broken equipment needs.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that has tools that are in need of being repaired or replaced.

Amazing staff, were super understanding with what was wrong with my fridge and immediately decided to come give it a look the next day. Came in on time before me and my family headed to work. The guy was super honest and told us it be best if we invest in a new fridge instead of wasting money for a fridge that won’t be guaranteed to be fixed. Definitely saved us money and explained to us very well what the problem might be.. will be investing on a new fridge. Definitely recommend the place !

Worst Company I've ever dealt with. Called 4 weeks ago to order replacement stickers for my child's power wheels car since there are the only parts distributor within 25 miles. I was told it should take about 6 days. Called back about a week later reminded them who I was and what I ordered and they told me it wasn't there and they didn't know when it would be in. Called about a week later and found out the girl waited 4 days from my original call to place the order so she told me to wait one more day and she promised she would call me back no matter what...no call. 2 days later I called back and spoke with an older lady who said it still wasn't there and she apologized for "Jessica" not returning my call and she told me she would personally call me later that day with an update....no call. 3 days later I call back and speak to a gentlemen. I ask him if my parts were in and he goes to check with the ladies who wont even get on the phone. He says there has been some sort of problem but has no idea what the problem is and says it should be here soon. 3 days later I call...still not in. I decided to order the part online from another company and received it in 2 days. Still waiting to hear back from Appliance Doctors....who knows if they ever ordered it. Stay Away from this company, they cannot be trusted.

They said something on the phone (labor as part of the visitation fee) and overcharged me for labor at the end for a 10 minute repair (total $220). I suggest going to a more honest business that is clear about their fees.

This company was recommended to me by an honest friend in my community! I called and made an appointment last week, was told a tech would be out in 2days on Friday, and it was rescheduled to today! A nice woman called me both times and now have cxl today's visit cause the tech has a migraine, last week their van/service truck had broke down. Not sure how long this company will be in business or if they really are. Sorry for this negative review, but the "disappointed" customer is "very unhappy", now I will call another company and hopefully get my refrigerator fixed !!!

Wonderful dealing with owner (AL) and service technician (Blair).
On time, professional, gave me great information and had the refrigerator repaired sooner than I thought. A new fan motor needed to be ordered and it arrived overnight and they called and had it repaired that morning...originally thought I would have to wait days. Highly recommend DO NOT use Pristine Appliance (Andy) Had to call twice because they did not call me back. Did not show up when they said they would and did not call to advise me they would not be there. When I called to see if they were coming...no answer and no return call so now I was stuck over a holiday weekend with no refrigerator. Never even called on Tuesday to see about doing the repair. Don't waste your time with these shmows.

Absolutely LOVE them and all they bring to our small gem of a town, which is hard to find! They have been fixing ALL my husband's tools and ALL his company's tools for many years. They have been very unselfish through the past and now through the present hurricane season because all Al worries is about us (the local guys) the local contractor's tools, so we can get them fixed so we can make our small community great.

Very nice owner, very helpful and knowledgable. Very good service. Support them, local service shops and people that know what they are doing are hard to find.

My clothes dryer was getting super hot. Everything worked except the heat regulator. He pulled the dryer out away from the wall and took the dryer vent off and said see if that works! Never looked to see if inside of the dryer to see if a part needed replaced. Well, it's still over heating. He was here tops 15 minutes and I was charged $98.95. I could have pulled it away from the wall myself. Very disappointed.

Took a impact gun there to hopefully get it fixed , recommended by Milwaukee themselves , and they did find a switch for my older model , so fingers crossed that's the problem👍. Folks are very knowledgeable there , so I have great confidence in them.

They had my part and were very nice. I would definitely do business with them again.

Went in to fix the chuck of my hammer drill. Lady at desk immediately went for potential quick fix, a dry spray she had a coworker use on it. Done in a minute, no charge. Will definitely go back with any issues on any tool or appliance. Thanks!

I've used Treasure Coast Appliance Repair a few times now and have received great service. Very quick and always on time. They are very good with keeping in touch and answer back very quick when I've called. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will continue to call them for any other repairs we may need. Great company to work with.

Unrealistic expectations with no proper training or support.

The technician never came back and zero customer service, I called and emailed them no one gets back to me.
